I am an individual who loves to shop, compare, and negotiate for my items. I was in the market for a diamond ring for my wife for our anniversary. I went to several jewelry stores and priced many rings. The only store that truly stood out in my opinion was Gold King in the Sanford mall. First of all, the selection is just unreal from all diamond sizes to all shapes. The staff is just down to earth and they make you feel at home from the start. We laughed, joked, and honestly have become friends to a point where I could call them home for some dinner and drinks :) The prices were very sharp to begin with and they were willing to work with me to earn my business which is what I love about them. They told me they have been in the business in the mall since 2001 and their inventory and professionalism shows that. Needless to say, I ended up buying a pretty expensive diamond ring for my wife from them and she was thrilled with it. We honestly love these guys and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needs any referral. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, and fast service. Her ring was sized within 24 hours and on her finger. They will be seeing us again and again. Its scary but gotta keep momma happy. Thanks Gold King.

Want to know what really happened? I remember doing business with “Gold King” years ago. Back then, they cared about people and were grateful for any sale they could get. Wow have times changed!! Read his response, and you’ll know what you’re dealing with. Anyway, I have several one-off, custom, handmade white gold and diamond pieces from the diamond capitol of the world! Thinking these were the kind, caring people I once knew, I called them with an idea. “Since Im in no hurry, perhaps you could sell my jewelry on consignment”. I saw it as a win-win. They could never afford to stock pieces like this, especially from a store the size of my closet, and located in a dying mall. Upon arrival, I was quickly made aware these are not the kind, caring people I once knew. They had become greedy, selfish, and very confused about so many things. Were they happy making a few grand? NO, they wanted to double their money! You can’t do much to change people like this. All you can do is walk out of their store and leave negative reviews.

I began shopping for a necklace about three weeks ago for my mothers 65th bday. I didnt know what i was looking for; my mother is a picky woman. While visiting Florida I stumbled upon Gold King. There was a huge selection of jewelry and with and excellent customer service i was able to see and try on anything that caught my eye. The staff was patient and was even giving me recommendations. After hours in this store and a very patient employee (Abhi) i was able to find the perfect piece. My mother loved it. I took their business card and even ordered the matching bracelet over the phone. Thank you for all your help Gold King!!! I will be coming back.

I have purchased ruby and diamond rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and of course gold chains and bracelets for my wife and myself. I made the mistake of shopping at k jewlers and when it was time to check out, I realized the necklace and bracelet I was looking at was only 10k and the weight was far less than I thought. I left very unhappy. But to my surprise I found gold King on the other side of the mall. Needless to say the jewelry was far Superior and I found the exact size and weight I was looking for. Thanks for making my day. You (dont remember your names sorry) mother and daughter were very nice and were willing to make it happen. Very happy. Thanks again!!!!!
