I have been dealing with the guys and gals at OAKS PAWN for some time now. I have used them as my FFL for online purchases as well as sold and purchased many items in the store. They are incredibly customer service oriented and will go above and beyond for a customer regardless of the circumstances. I went by the shop yesterday to pick up something I had ordered and started talking about watches. Well I have a very nice watch I have had for over ten years and it needed a serious cleaning. I was not even aware they could do something like that. They spent a good solid half hour or more cleaning and buffing my watch which came out looking brand new. I pulled out my wallet to compensate for their time (this has cost me 80-100 dollars at other stores) and I was told it was on the house. I couldnt believe it. The crew at OAKS PAWN really is outstanding and I wouldnt do business anywhere else. Plus as an added bonus they have the best stuff at the best prices and will only sell you quality guns jewelry and electronics. I cant say enough about these guys. Just go check them out for yourselves and you will understand. Thanks OAKS PAWN for everything!!!

I have been doing business with J & M Pawn for well over a year now with many large transactions, I always get the best possible deal quickly with no hassle. I am always treated professionally and they always make me feel appreciated. They are the nicest people you will ever meet and I feel like we are friends. If you are looking to pawn, sell or buy a firearm, I would go nowhere else. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to any type of gun and can research your items value right there on the spot. If you are looking to buy a new gun they dont have in stock, they will order it quickly and at a very fair and competitive price.

Amber and Jason are great. Today was my first visit to Oaks Pawn for a battery replacement and band adjustment. They currently have a special for a $5.00 battery replacement and that brought me in the door. My battery was loose and didnt need to be replaced which immediately illustrated their ethics and professionalism. Oaks Pawn is so much more than a Pawn Shop. They are far more a Jewelry store as Jason and Amber are both GIA accredited and so knowledgeable. These guys and Oaks Pawn are an asset to Brunswick. I will definitely let people know about Oaks Pawn.

Definitely the best Pawn Shop! I have never been treated more fair, respected and appreciated in a business setting than the staff at J&M has been. They have gone above and beyond to work with me. Amber, Jason and Jeff are about as close to family as you can get. If they dont have something Im looking for they help me find it, if they do, they are always willing to work with me on price, never have I ever left the store feeling slighted or short changed. I have nothing but the best things to say about J & M Pawn & Jewelry. I used to drive to every pawn shop in the Brunswick area, and get quotes from every one. Now, I dont even bother wasting the time. They beat every one elses quotes, when it comes to jewelry and firearms. Not only that, but they have a great selection of reasonably priced merchandise. Jason and Amber make you feel welcomed, while other pawn staff throughout Glynn County are rude, dismissive, and shady. Ive already recommended J & M to all my friends and family.

The first thing I look for when I walk into a Pawn shop is Organization. J&M Pawn is where its at. The store was very organized, clean and it smelled clean too. This was actually my first time visiting this store and everyone was very friendly. I will be visiting this Pawn Shop again very soon. You should too :)
