You should either pay your employees more or stop advertising a free service. I came to purchase windshield wipers and the gentleman behind the counter said "I hope you are putting these on because they dont pay me enough to do that." So my pregnant girlfriend and myself had to figure out how to do this is the rain so that we could travel safely. Sadly I will no longer recommend this company to anyone. But let them know of my experience to save them the time and hassle.

Most of the time you get off pretty quick and not mechanics behind the counter or sometimes decent advise little things that can help you with a do what do you expect from a auto parts store anyways except for parts most people do themselves on their own cars if they order something thats not installed a gator to quick as possible why would they do any their friends how they make their living

Guy tells me to go home and do more research and then come back. That was 5 trips ago and still cant get a spark plug figured out. My advice dont go up around 7pm on. They rather do nothing at all. Mad love for rick. Guy binds over backwards to help anyone. Brandon on the other hand has me so mad i will not be returning to that store

they are rude and if you are a woman forget it I will never nor will my family ever use them again from now on we are taking our business to Auto Zone they were very polite and didnt shrug me off took care of something I needed done which took less than a min. they are far more better as with the way they handle their customers!!!!
