Ive always had a great experience at this AutoZone. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help me find the problem, and the last time I went I heard then recommend a customer gets the part he needed at a different store because it would be much cheaper there.

The big douchbag with the black earrings that works there was very unprofessional...snatched a light from me and was very condescending when talking to me and my girlfriend...would drive all the way to Johnstown next time just because of the poor service!!!

Always great customer service. If you need oil, fluids, paint or cleaner, I recommend going to Walmart to save some money. A lot here is overpriced.

AutoZone always has the best prices but I always try to go to the one in Heath if I can because the staff there is way better.
