Seems they always have a solution and the counter people think beyond simply "looking up parts." I needed an inner bearing seal - the one I had was bent and from China with no markings. At Adavnce, their "bearing book" is not set up to allow searching by measurement. So, we were stuck until the counter person grabed my bad seal and walked to a bubble pack on the rack and held up the seal to select a likely bearing + seal "kit". Once opened, we used a caliper to verify the seal was the same size. I bought the whole kit - I didnt need the bearings that came with it - but I did need the solutions to my problem! $15 later and I was home finishing up the brake/bearing job on my trailer... Thanks.

I have been in Advanced Auto parts from Atlanta,Georgia to Ocala and Dunnellon FL always the same. Employees tend to ignore me. At Atlanta and ocala I went in and stood at the counter while employees were behind the counter and looked at me several times never acknowledged my presence. Another customer walked in and approached the counter. An employee was there immediately, as I walked toward the door said employee ask if he could help me. I said you could have 10 minutes ago before this person came in. I will never enter one of their stores again.

Horrible service over the phone.. i called about a part and the parts person seems like he wasnt paying attention i had to repeat everything over 4 or 5 times then he hangs up on me.... i call bak then i get ohh we dont have the part has to be ordered 10-20 days..WTTTFFFF REALLY.. O RILEYS HAD IT ACROSS THE STREET!!! FOR CHEAPER.....

Stood in line along with 4 other people as 1 person answered phone calls the other walked in circles and the girl at commerical counter just sat there ... 16 min wait just for 1 person to say next in line please.

They have quite a verity of car parts, and friendly staff to be helpful, most of the time if they dont have a part they will order what you need, they are nice about this.
