Auto Zone ordered a part for me and it arrived quickly as promised. I did not inspect it when I picked it up. Should have. After arriving at my mechanic, he discovered it was the wrong part and probably not new...it was in a dirty zip lock bag. When I returned to the Auto Zone in Heath and explained; I was met with a stare from Chris S. a Parts Manager. He then walked away from me and asked the Assistant Manager what to do. I explained. .again...I had ordered the part, not opened it, and my mechanic discovered the problem. Chris was not only rude but borderline disrespectful to me. When I apologized and stated he must be having a bad day, he became even more so. I was given a refund. However, I will not return. Nor will I recommend this store to anyone.

Worst experience ever!! I went in a lafy named nikki helped me and she woulnt listen to anything that I was trying to tell her. She wasted an hour of my time and my brothers. And then tried to blame me cause i didnt bring the car in when she seen me pull up while she was out front smoking. They refused to check my car cause it was raining. So I went to advanced auto parts and they didnt have any problem helping me out. I will never be going back to auto zone. Horrible!

Battery indicator light came on while driving. Stopped to have the battery and alternator checked. Offered tools so I could change my alternator in the parking lot. Also assisted me with problem solving when the belt squealed a lot after replacing the alternator in the parking lot. Thank-you for the great customer service.

Auto Zone in heath is worthless every single time I call them for something they never answer their phone and its been like that for months I use to go there for everything but now I wont even try the one on 21st in Newark is way better thats where I go now

This was the best parts store Ive ever been to! They were very helpful and had much better prices than advanced auto or napa. I will definitely be shopping here from now on!!!
