I paid for a battery, They asked me if I wanted to have my battery changed out for free I said yes then they get to my car and start to take it out and said we cant take this battery out. I said well u asked if I wanted it done for free now you telling me u cant. It went on for a few minutes, then he said if I wanted to have it changed they would help out on the cost..... Seriously! These people dont know how to change out a battery but they asked me lol I would spend my money some where else.

I walked in the store purchased a platinum battery. When the gentleman was installing the battery he said that my battery was under warranty. He refunded my money and installed a new battery for free. I really appreciate your company and employees doing the right thing
