we live just up the rd and thought it was awesome that our preference in auto part stores was JUST UP THE RD! Their service is horrible and gives you the run around. Theyve literally screwed up every single thing I have ordered through them. The parts are always late, they ALWAYS screw something up on my order, it has gotten shipped to a different store and they NEVER call when the parts are in. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

Noah and Zach are above and beyond anything I could have hoped for when it comes to customer service. They stayed an hour and a half after close trying to get my car to start when I was stranded. I would absolutely visit again!
