The worst. There are three stores all run by the same owner and theyre all abysmally bad. The first store that we went to started the poor experience: we waited for almost 10 mins before any of the three employees behind the counter even acknowledged our existence, until one employee mumbled "can you help them?" to another employee and nodded in our direction. The second employee stared at us like it was the first time that he relized customers were in the store, then said, unsmilingly, "yes?" NOT " so sorry for making you wait, good morning, how are you, how may I help you?" or any number of acceptable greetings, just "yes?" I told him that we needed certified copies of a passport and he looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. Finally, another employee came over and said "we might have the stamp, but probably not, because the owner always takes everything that we need from here to the other store". I asked why he would do that and she said she didnt know, but that "he always takes away important things that we need". Wow. They finally called the new store on Sheridan st, whose employees also had no idea if they had the stamp or not, but we made the trip anyway. When we arrived at the second store, an employee tried to help me, but a large man ( the owner I suppose, but he never bothered to introduce himself), pushed in front of her and said "Ill handle this!" He stood in front of me with his hands on his hips in a defiant way and said "yes?" I told him what I needed and he told me that it would cost $10 a page for certified copies of my passport, meaning that, combined with the cost of color copies, my passport would have cost over $300 to process the copies I needed! He told me that that was the standard rate and that we wouldnt find a notary that charged less, but when we left to check other rates, the very next notary only charged $5 a copy and the following notary only charged $3! Avoid this group of UPS stores like the plague. The employees are unhelpful, unfriendly, unhappy and uninformed, but who could blame them with a boss like that?

The owner is a liar, he told me he would have my business cards done one day and it took almost a week of staying on him to get it completed. An ex employee AJ told me he treats his employees with a lack of respect and very ungrateful. Apparently hes a very stingy and ignorant man behind closed doors. His wife or sister told my wife while she was in plain clothes and not in uniform to not come back to the store after she tried to charge her for a package when we have a UPS my choice account. Overall horrible experience. Apparently what this AJ says is he is the one creating fake emails and posting good reviews about his own store. Very pathetic... Shocked the store is still in business! Sheridan and park road The UPS store is 100X better!

I am a UPS Choice member and I had my package redirected to this location for me to pick up. When I arrived, they told me that because I did not have a mailbox with them, they would not give me my package unless I paid them $10 even though online it was listed as free. After 10 mins of arguing, I was given my package and told not to come back. I called UPS customer service who asked me to also call the corporate number and I was told by both that the store WAS NOT allowed to charge me anything and that they were very sorry for the rude service I received (not from an employee, but the owners wife I believe?) Anyways, dont let them charge you! They are not allowed to charge for UPS Choice member packages!

I use this store because its right down the street from my house. Everyone that works there has the worst attitude ever. They never smile. The customer service is horrible. The only good about this store is like I said in the beginning.

The owner was very nice and friendly. The place was clean and quiet. A+ in my book. Better then going to post office. You cant find them anymore. They are a little more expensive but for convenience why not.
