I go to this location hoping to ship a package via FedEx. Imagine my surprise how disorganized this place is. No FedEx boxes were available. So I ask the clerk I need a FedEx box. She ask me what I am shipping, and immediately tells me she has a box for sale. I said, no thank you. I need a FedEx box to ship. She says its over there. Again I tell her nothing is there. She proceeds to look around a few shelves for a FedEx, and says nope. We dont have any FedEx boxes, but I can sell you a box to ship your package. I then ask to speak to the manager at the store. The manager then says nonchalantly, we run out of FedEx boxes. But I can sell you a box to ship your package. I ask her how can a FedEx store run out of boxes on a Monday at 12pm, the beginning of the work week? She says it happens. Its embarrassing that a customer has to inform a FedEx store they dont have FedEx boxes available for shipping. Is this store so desperate to charge customers that they do not bother to stock FedEx boxes adequately at a FedEx Office. Its either gross incompetence or shady sales tactic to increase their business. You should not allow this store to bait and switch their customers. I was able to go to a nearby UPS store and ship my package. Very disappointed at the lack of service from this store.

Do NOT use this store. I had to send a package overnight in order to attend a friends wedding this weekend(long story, I lost my wallet in a different city). I went to this FedEx store and explained my story and what I needed to Juan, the man behind the desk. He told me to register for an account online and come back with the information. I dont know why he couldnt help me do this,. It is crazy that you cannot open a FedEx account at a FedEx store, but that is a whole other issue. I did this and arrived back at 7:59. Juan ignored me for a few minutes, and when I asked for help, he told me that FedEx closed at 8 and I should have checked the sign on the door. Luckily the delivery driver, who happened to not be the regular driver, told me of a store that is open until 8:30. I am sure that not every employee is not this rude, but the one I encountered was.

Im a regular customer at this office. My usual business is picking up and dropping off packages. Depending on how many people are shipping depends how fast or slow the process may be. They do get overwhelmed often and causes service to be slower. There are 1-2 ladies that work their that should not work in customer service as they have no patience and snappy when asking questions. I cant complain about the rest of the staff. The two Colombian ladies (the light skin with the glasses is better than the darker one but both are helpful , the younger dominican manager, the tall basketball looking manager, and the Caucasian girl with glasses is exceptional!!! very helpful every time. Hope you guys get raises to help motivate you more ;-) Thank you for your service.

Everyone need to watch out for this place when you use your credit card for payment! I ship a package on 4/20/2015 with a total of $45.88 but then later when I check on my card transaction, it show that they charged me on 4/27/2015 with the price of $220! I dont know how come the price they charged is different from the receipt I have and they told me to call different phone number when I called office to find out the problem then they told me they just a drop off location so they not gonna fix the problem!! so be careful when you pay by card or working with this location!!

Poor customer service - staff named paola c was servicing us, she did not care about any concern about our double charge, charged by a copy machine and not getting the copy and also paying the person a t the counter for a real copy. while I was talking to her she start calling the next customer and ignor me. never seen it in any other service industry. not sure why she is working there when she is hating dealing with people.

Great customer service. A assistant was helpful and dedicated, i had a special request for my booklet binding, and the guy did it just perfectly. I am definitely going back. Couple of weeks after my first visit, i came back and the service is terrible. They dont know what they are doing, they even ruined the paper i brochure paper brought. After half an hour still waiting

They lack customer service. None of the 4 people working hello, goodbye or even have a nice day. Fortunately I was only printing tickets and not a resume or something official, because they were light. I told the guy the ink was low. Rather than thank me for the heads up I get "Its toner". What an ass.

I use the FedEx by my house consistently (plantation). This location is awful. 2 clerks and one printing things and the other stuck with client. I ordered 20 copies 2 1/2 hrs before to find that it had not been done. Then the attitude. Worst customer service ever!!!!

If I could 0 stars, I would. This is THEE WORST Fedex business EVER. Its about 5 or 6 people "working" and no one helping the customers really. And the attitudes of some of the employees are HORRIBLE. Corporate will be hearing from me.

The staff was nice..I came in one day and was in a rush due to a job interview. I was having trouble with the printer and the employee helped me super fast so I can make to where I had to be on time.

24 hour service has come in real handy on several occasions. I havent printed anything large or complex here, normally just documents when the home printer is out of ink.

Its the place for all your printing. Shipping and copy needs. A little slow at the counter, but this may be systemic across all stores.
