This is a great place to have posters made at, and the staff is so friendly and professional! I used to shop at Office Depot at the Pembroke Commons plaza, by the China taste restaurant, and they are so terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes while only one worker tried to help 10 people at one time and i ended up walking out after seeing their manager doing nothing and just texting on his cellphone. This fedex location is so much better and the quality is so nice, i hope more people give this place business and not office depot stores, since they mistreat their customers.

The assistant manager named David would not enlarge a picture from a stained glass pattern book because he said it was copyrighted and he would be breaking the law. I showed him the copyright info that states it is permissible to copy. I have used this center manyTimes before without an issue. I left and went to Office Depot where they copied it without question. Too bad, FedEx, you have received a bad review and lost my business.

Theyll scam you into having to buy new boxes. I walked in with over 10 packages and they didnt accept any one of them because the boxes were "compromised." They were in almost perfect condition. I had to drive three miles to another location to ship my packages. Unacceptable.

The workers seem like they dont know what they are doing and it takes 30 min to print out a document. It didnt help that they dont have a notary even though they came up on search for FedEx with notary... Drink coffee

Attempted to print my documents and the printer did not print my pages. Company refused to refund me for 5mins of computer usage even though I was unable to do what I came there for. Poor customer service.

Lazy employee telling me that he cant send an email label for a return shipment to.me. Really!!! YOU GET PAID TO DO IT FOR ME .... AND I PAY FOR THE SERVICE. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Their fax machines are broken, their printers dont print properly and on top of that horrible customer service. I have no idea how they stay open.

Horrible customer service had to make prints spend more than $8.00 and no one helped out. At the end I walked out with no prints and $8.00 gone.
