EVERYTHING I HAVE TO SAY IS VERY GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!! I have been a customer of this store for more than 10 years and this folks have been nothing but awesome not only to me but a lot of customers that I recommend to go there and had been very satisfied and happy about their services as well as me. All the employees are always polite, courteous and excellent customer service skills. The store is pretty much always busy and they arrange them self to manage their multitasking job and help various customer at the same time with excellence service still to try to make lines to move fast. They keep focus on that, to make their job the most efficiency possible and I as a customer appreciate that infinitely. On December 2015 they even had a power out ridge that last more than a week(crazy especially getting close to Xmas days, their busiest season) and this folks were working and operating still the store and doing business. Of course, after all this saying you can not concentrate on how this place was looking since they hardly have the time and the conditions at the time to clean up the store, although Ive been there recently and the place is getting very clean and organized. In general, I place things in balance before i talk about others☺☺☺, and if in average I can say must of us customers do not appreciate others when providing us a good service, we are like animals with bad habits that if nobody teach us to recognize the good on everything well create unnecessary false opinions and statements. Guys keep smiling and making your customers happy as usual, keep up the great job you do and youll continue having appreciation from customers like me. HORRIBLE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE, EVER!!! This place is a mess, I went there with my husband, on December 29, 2015 around 6 PM, greeted and no one answered, 3 employees were there and none of them seemed to care if I was there, standing like a fool, no one else was there but me and my husband.. Finally when I saw the inaction and their careless attitude, I asked a young male, who identified himself as the store manager, if he worked in the store, the answer I got was very rude and sarcastic, he responded to me: "No, I work behind the counter for fun" , my husband was in shock, he could not believe the answer, Then it look like he quickly realized his mistake and started to help me and seemed kind of nervous. The other employee name is Janet, she was not wearing a badge, I kept asking him to give me her name. but he did no want to reveal her name, he just told me Janet. At first when I entered the store, she ignored me I kept talking to her and she completely ignored me and pretended she did not see me even I was right in front of her, then she went in the back to avoid me, IT WAS HORRIBLE, NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT ANYWHERE ELSE. ..

Shipped photo products to my client from this location and this is how they arrived to my client. Horribly damaged and unusable. The person I spoke with at this location tried to insinuate it was my packaging but that is not the case. I received this package from my professional printing lab via UPS in perfect condition. I do quality assurance on my products, reseal in the same exact packaging, and then ship to my clients. This is not a case of poor packaging on my part, but on poor handling by UPS. The UPS store employee said she was filing my claim today and it would take 7-10 days just for a UPS worker to visit my client and inspect the packaging in order to verify the claim. Absolutely disappointed in how my package was handled, the lengthy process to rectify the situation, and have lost trust in UPS for my shipping needs. I will update my review and star rating, if applicable, once the issue has reached a resolution.

Every UPS store is privately owned and there is a reason this one has a low rating. Ive been more than once and had slow service and rude staff... Youre better off driving down the street to another location. This morning I stopped in to drop off a prepaid shipment. The store was empty, no staff in sight. I called out a few times and watched as a line formed behind me. After about 5 minutes someone came out and said she had been in the bathroom but offered no apology and was rude to the people who had been waiting. When I asked for a piece of tape to close the box she tried to charge me a for it! Ive never had that happen to me before, but she said it was a policy for their store and wouldnt make an exception. I ended up leaving and taking the box to another UPS location with respectful staff and no charge for tape.

What people say about this place is correct and if I could give this zero stars I would. It doesnt matter if you use the computer for 30secs or the full 15min its a starting flat rate of $3.00. I quickly printed a document from my email which is $0.15 (like any other UPS store Ive been to) but the computer fee is absurd. So to print 1 black and white sheet it cost me $3.34. I understand the policy but its the principle of that fact that they rob you where other UPS stores Ive been to dont cost as much. I can be on for 5min and print 5 pages and pay $1.59. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Chose another UPS store or go to kinkos.

Piss poor customer service. They did not notify ups that they would be closed for December 24-26, 2017 and had a packaged delivered on December 22, 2017 and went to pick it up. The worker did not want to be bothered said that package was not there but someone at that facility signed for it. Tried to go back the next day, still dont have package. Then today states they are closed till Tuesday. Never again will do business here.

Horrible broken packages no liability! My mother sent a package from them they gave a wrong tracking number that didnt show up in the system.. They did a horrible job packing.. Arrived broken..and when reclaimed they said it were not responsible for their mishandle.. Root manager, irresponsible workers, and lazy unresponsiveness costumer service!!

I would rather go to the Post Office than deal with these people. There is NO customer service, always a wait and they are slower than slow. They literally act as if customers are an inconvenience to them and have no issues with having lines out the door while working at a backward pace.

Would never go there again use office depot. No one in the store they still make you wait with prepaid shipments, rude staff. Its a shame the UPS Store on Sheridan went out they were great. THIS PLACE WILL NOT LAST MUCH LONGER.
