I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERY BUSINESS OR ANYONE REQUIRING CONSISTENT, HIGH QUALITY PRINT JOBS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. THE PREMIUM ONE PAYS HERE IS OUTRAGEOUS. YOU ARE BETTER OFF PURCHASING OWN EQUIPMENT FOR HOME, OFFICE, OR CORPORATE USE OR OUTSOURCING THE PRINT JOBS TO OTHER VENDOR. Now, my personal experience: overpriced terrible printing with malfunctioning printers and a bureaucratic payment system that makes it severely inconvenient to receive a refund, let alone even to request one. I placed a print job order online (never do this; email the job to them directly and pay only once the job has met your expectations). After receiving a courtesy call, I drove there to pick it up. When I looked at my presentation material for an important business client, I had to immediately reject Kinkos work. The bound presentation had some of the poorest print quality Ive ever seen from any print store. Ive seen budget inkjet printers produce better quality prints. The colors were completely off. There were streaks from the laserjet toner. It looked like an economy print job from a home, nowhere near the concept of a professional business presentation (FYI: the file was created using Adobe products to ensure quality design: Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Copy). Realizing my disgust with the materials, the associate attempted to improvise by reprinting the work on one of the other printers. The colors came out beautifully (surprisingly) BUT each image and graph in the 29 pages document had 4mm thick distortion lines running across them. There was clearly something wrong with the printers memory or communications between it & the computer. The associate then tried again on another printer. No dice. The presentation came out grey, dull, and looked as if it came out of an economy printer. I had to go to the Plantation location for a reprint and, even after several attempts there, my expectations were sadly, not even closely, met. FedEx Kinkos is a premium printing store that should be able to produce clear, crisp, professional looking documents for retail and business clients. I cannot recommend their printing services or their overpriced merchandise.

I found that their equipment not only is not old, but works just fine. Also, Natalya, the counter person, was very helpful in resolving a cost concern on time/usage of their computer and was very helpful in showing me how to work the document retrieval system (I sent docs to be printed via email attachment) and subsequent printing. Not being a tekkie (old man, actually!), she took me through it step-by-step. A very positive experience. At one point while waiting for her, another counter person asked me if they could help me, and this when the store was busy! Note, their computers timer/usage counts seconds in a different universe than the rest of us; according to their computer timers, there are only 30 seconds in a minute and that is my only complaint. Hail Natalya!

VERY SLOW service. I was in line 20 minutes, while most of the counter reps helped wrap and package one persons multiple HUGE boxes. And then they all gathered around to discuss why some guys package may be missing. HEY... look at the customers in line. Try to be a convenient service we enjoy using, and not an expensive place of sloth and lethargy that customers dread.

Very busy location. Would benefit greatly by giving more overtime or hire workers specifically for customer assistance. Reduced pay rate from pros who handle more complex tasks. Good job for High School/College Senior accumulating hours for Media Arts type majors. BTW -Could provide adequate return on future store managers, possibly new , updated franchises.

There is not a time that they screw up my order... but today the loser who answered the phone tried to put the blame on me!!!! He kept saying that I shouldve checked the order before leaving the store. I explained that it was my son who picked it up, so the tried to blame my son!!! Its always the same, wrong orders, slow service.. but today they blew it!!

Horrible service. Especially if a young lady named Mikki is the one helping you. There is another young man whose name is Martin and he tries his best given how under staffed they are. The manager supposedly is Tom and he is not around to supervise the poor service. Mikki was rude, misinformed me and she was rude. I will write a letter to corporate.

I had the worst experience all 3 times I have been there. Not only are they understaffed, but they are unhelpful. The old man who works there is moody and cares less to help anyone. If you use their computers, you better know what your doing or youll be there paying by the minute without assistance.

Printers didnt work so I had to wait in a line for 15 minutes just to make a copy, only one person working there and everyone was complaining about in the line. Ended up just leaving and making the copy at office depot which is a little further away from my house but the service is way quicker.

Lazy staff, unhelpful, bad customer service and they make you place an order if you ask them to print for you, which requires you to have to come back later, very inconvenient. Go to FedEx by Broward Mall, open 24hrs and staff actual provides customer service.

Called ahead to ask if they take passport pictures. They told me they did, I drove down there, then they told me they didnt and suggested I bring in my own picture and theyd print it on glossy paper. Liars who dont know how passports work.

This FedEx is very understaffed The equipment is very old. The poor staff there has a lot to deal with. FedEx corporate needs to look into helping their employees ! Improve their equipment and maybe add another person to the staff.

Very convenient. A big plus you can pick up fedex packages at location. Equipment looks a bit outdated compared to other location. Staff are very helpful.

Stopped in to pick up a FedEx package and the staff ignored 4 customers waiting for service. They need a course in customer service.
