In this store Fedex lost almost an hour and finally I could not send some documents. The employee named Mo and I took left me alone at a computer where I could never finish. I left there and beaten less than a block found a UPS store and in less than five minutes did it all for less than half the price it would have paid with Fedex. En esta tienda de Fedex perdi casi una hora y al final no pude enviar unos documentos. El empleado que me atendio nombrado Mo me dejo solo frente a una computadora donde nunca pude terminar. Me fui de alli derrotado y a menos de una cuadra encontre una tienda de UPS y en menos de cinco minutos hice todo por menos de la mitad del precio que hubiera pagado con Fedex.

The staff here is rude and apathetic towards their customers. I have used Kinkos / Fedex Office around the country for business and in general have been happy with the employees. This location is different. After a few days of working here I have seen and heard staff belittle customers, be deliberately unhelpful and in general not live up to Fedex brand. The self service stations are a mess. They have only 3 stations and 2 were not working yesterday. Today the Black and White printer isnt working. Staff response? "Not my problem".

Gave me a 2 hour warning to pick up my package or it would be returned to the seller. I called and asked them to hold it for one more day and would get it in the morning. Said they couldnt and to call customer service to have it rerouted back to my house. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, that it i didnt get it within the time frame it would be sent back to the seller. Frustrating that even customer service couldnt help.

HORRIBLE. Twice now this location has got it wrong and Mo says he will call you back, but does not. I dont like having to chase bad business people to do the right thing. Twice now this location has made me and my staff look like fools when the chips were down. I would suggest finding another vendor. This location is understaffed and even tries to suggest that their errors are yours. My only error was relying on them.

They didnt ship out my box because it was repacked? It was a perfectly good box it was just used once and you wont take it? Why does every other location take it and you dont? All you had to do was place a new label over the old one, but that was too hard apparently. New Management New Rules.... So what youre saying is that the new management is retarded. Idiots.

Wrong map placement, although the address is correct. The actual building is located in the Boston Market Shopping Center approx. 1 mile north of the Mall. According to googles map placement its south of the mall and turnpike overpass, which is wrong. Nonetheless, fast shipping drop off - in and out in less than 1 minute. Time is everything!

Be careful of this particular office. They are starting to charge for boxes even if you have your item packaged securely, in order to gain more profit for their store. One of the most evil practices I have seen in business in a long time. Ive used them for years but will use them much more infrequently. What a shame to rip people off.

there was me and one more customer we were both ignored and they were about 8 workers they were all too busy talking about their personal lives and when they finally did draw to my attention that left me with a dead end solution with no other option to take care of my problem which is a motion to say they dont give a s***

The only reason theyre not getting a ZERO is because its not available. These people let me sit down and waste half an hour before letting me know the laptop stations werent working. Wasting my time and laughing about it. Hope this place closes soon, kinkos went to s**t once fedex bought it.

As a field service engineer, this site is very good and efficient! The staff is courteous and helpful! Theyre WIFI is great there too, and this site is close enough to a sub shop thats got great food!
