I went in today to drop off a package that was not taped up, when I asked Lisa (clerk helping me) if she could tape it for me without explAnation she started to use the sticky bags where the labels go in as tape. My box did not look at all secure, I asked why not tape? She said she wasnt allowed. I asked would this hold and she said yes. I left as I was with my 4 small children. 1 who is on the spectrum and If I was to confront her in front of him, Im sure she would be rude and he has a disposition to mimic language and behavior , I couldnt have him in there. I came back on my own, not to confront her, but to buy tape as my package that I left there I know was not secure with her hackjob. I asked what tape was the cheapest, she said they are 4.95 , I asked which one she said both, made no sense, I proceeded to pay and she grabbed my package and placed on counter , as I was taping it , I said its really silly that she just couldnt tape it for me, she then rudely answered "I dont get paid for that" I said well then what do you get paid to do? She answered with a vague and 400 packages come in and I dont get paid to tape them ( Im sure not all 400 come in open) , I answered with I understand but there is still something called Customer service and human decency. She walked away at that point. I then asked the gentleman Working with her (Ive dealt with him previously and he is normally a nice guy) if I took my package elsewhere would I have any issues dropping it off being that she had already scAnned it in. He sAid no that I could take my box. I said I hope you guys continue to have business otherwise what would Lisa be pAid to do?? He answered with thAts not my concern. Lisa then came back out and asked me if I was a business owner , I answered yes, then she sAid I should understand she isnt paid for that. I replied again with the fact that business is about going above and beyond for your customers and how I did exactly that all the time. Then I asked her if the tape came out of her money and she just yelled out at me YES IT DOES!! (thats sad UPS makes tape come out of the employees pocket) and if she is the owner than she needs a better accountant to explain to her, how the tape is easily a tax writoff in her business expense. At this point I grabbed my package told them to have a Blessed day and walked out. I definitely wont be doing business at this UPS any longer. She could have avoided all this by simply telling me from the beginning, that she wasnt going to use tape to close my box, and that if I wanted I could purchase tape for 5 bucks. Instead she placed my business in jeopardy , had I left the box in the manner she intended to ship it. And decided to take out her frustration with her job on me the customer.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. I have no personal issue with this store, however this store has a well-established track record of poorly packing items, leaving the things you ask them to ship being extremely vulnerable to damage. In February this store was asked to pack my framed art, some of which was glass-framed, and they merely threw items in a box with some bubble wrap and packing peanuts. They did nothing to protect the corners and sides of the art. This store damaged not one but two boxes of mine and when you file a damage claim with UPS, it gets routed back to this store. To follow up on the damage claim, my experience with Store Manager LISA LAUDANDO is that she DOES NOT take any responsibiity, she will not let you speak, hear your concerns, or work with you to responsibly resolve the issue. She will not let you get a word in edge-wise, interrupts you and does not admit to fault. She was without a doubt very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. A month later and this store has not resolved my issue. SERIOUSLY think about traveling to another UPS Store to ship your goods and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. If by chance your items get damaged, and because they pack so poorly, you will have to deal with this store, and you most likely will have a terrible experience. Unprofessional, unresponsive, rude, unaccountable and a poor business overall. Very Unsatisfied.

The people are so rude! I walk in and they ignore me (Mind you theirs no other customers around) and as I walk to the front counter I politely say hello while this blonde lady ignores me until I ask her if she could help me and thats when she finally looks up. I give her my name because my package was said to be delivered but I never received it. Thinking they could somehow help me she rudely states that my package wasnt in ups but fed ex and going to fed ex afterwards found out that ups had originally had it in the same location I was at. Horrible Customer service and rude unhelpful service.

Always nice and helpful. I stop off each day on my way home from work and get greeted with fast and courteous service. Once my package didnt arrive the day expected and I felt genuine sympathy and concern from Joe, as if it was his guitar that didnt arrive. I really appreciate being treated like family at a local retail establishment.

Joe and Lisa are excellent and super helpful. We have had our box here for close to 20 years and through 4 ownerships. Thankfully Joe and Lisa have been the longest and best owners. Super convenient to pick up mail, drop off mail and send packages. Highly recommend.

UPS had a challenge delivering an urgent package, and Josh worked hard to get package delivered. Everything worked out because of him. There are so many UPS and FedEx places around, but its the people that make a difference in whom you select these days.
