Talked to John about putting decals in place of my emblems on my 4RUNNER. He said no problem take them off and come back Friday at around 3 worst case scenario stop by Saturday at 10 and hell knock it out . Called Friday at 2 left s message with some woman who seemed uninterested and never got a call back from John. I called back Saturday at 10am and they were closed so I left a message . Monday by 11am still no call so I called back asked for John same woman answered still uninterested in what I had to say and she took another message . Mean while my 4RUNNER has all its emblems removed . Thank goodness for other reputable decal can moanies in theatre like dragonfly graphics who took care of it for me . Stay away from this place John had me remove all my emblems from my car only to leave me hanging . He seemed nice and wanted the job when we first met but gave me the cold shoulder and the woman working there couldnt careless .

Nightmare Inc

Very polite people, but sub-par work. Whether miss-communication or them trying to do something they dont know how to do our sports jerseys came out unusable. The Proof came out great, then they failed to execute it and told us a proof isnt a exact depiction of the end product. WRONG: if we approve a design to go into production and it doesnt resemble the APPROVED design the blame isnt placed on the customer (Which they placed on us). We also informed them about our concerns with their method of printing they were pushing us to, when we wanted to use Vinyl heat press. But we were assured it would work. Yet it didnt so we were left with one unusable jersey and back online trying to find someone in this town that can properly print on sports jerseys. Hopefully this third time works for us.. PS. They do not replace customer provided materials per there policy or refund for damage they cause.

Very disappointed. Horrible services. They charge me for something I never get. They didnt even communicate with me to let me know about my sings. I ended up printing my work at staples.
