Im not one for writing bad reviews but this place needs to get their act together. Twice I have been in line waiting and one of the people working their (Im pretty sure hes the owner) which makes this inexcusable, has by-passed me in favor of a customer behind me? And with no apologies, when I have to step in and say, "excuse me, but I was in front of that person"... Generally speaking the service here is sub-par and the people working here non-motivated... If the person running the show has no concept of customer service I can see why the employees are lacking... Stay far away. Use the other UPS store in Weston instead. Its a longer drive for me, but worth it to save the aggravation. They have lost my business.

Shipped a surfboard from Weston to San Diego through this store. I paid through the nose to have it packed here and it was wrapped poorly. Needless to say it was damaged when i received it. I filed a claim, UPS paid the store in Weston, and I have been waiting 4 months to get my check from The UPS store in Weston. I have since escalated to contacting UPS Corporate since the manager, Florian, seems incapable of returning calls, telling the truth, or being upfront about where my claim money is. Terrible business avoid using.

I have been doing business with The UPS Store 2540 on 304 Indian Trace for many years. About 2 years ago they moved within the same shopping plaza but they continued business. Florian is an excellent manager and he has helped me ship my mail with no problems. I will continue to do business with them in the future. They are the best service in Weston; I tried 2 others which ended up closing down. He is full service. He has po boxes, shipping service, packing boxes and sells some supplies.

I feel like there is very individualized personalized high-quality service and recommend the store to anyone in the area who needs a mailbox.
