Minute Man press is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! Not sure what title he has in the business but Steve at Minuteman press is one of the WORST business men I have EVER DEALT WITH!!! Not only is he NASTY but he was very condescending AND INSULTED ME NUMEROUS TIMES!!! I went to use the car wash change machine to get quarters & it gave me car wash tokens. I simply went to the front desk to exchange the tokens for the quarters I originally wanted and from the moment Steve approached me he was NASTY!!! He verbally attacked me before I could even get a word in. As I tried to explain the situation he grew even More frustrated with me and told me "he isnt dealing with my bullshit" and "he isnt refunding nothing"! Consider this; I have done business with this company on numerous occasions, ALWAYS use their car wash service, and I even refer my friends to this company!!! To ask for a simple exchange and to be treated like GARBAGE is insulting!!! Not only did I pay for ALL of my services I used from them in FULL but I always paid EARLY before the work was even complete!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with this company and I will NEVER WORK WITH THEM OR REFER THEM AGAIN!!!!

I periodically use the copy services of Minuteman Press for personal and professional projects and have had universally positive experiences. Having dealt with other document services all over the country, I would say that what sets this firm apart is the fact that big job or small, Minuteman has always exceeded my expectations. The work is excellent and the staff is friendly, helpful, and seems interested in getting me exactly what I want, even in those situations where I am not quite sure myself!

what an amazing company. They recently replaced an old window decal with a new design that they made for me. This was such pleasure working with them all. The entire project all together went so smooth and the designer nailed the design right from the first attempt. once I Issued my confirmation it was done within 3 days. every single person there from the front desk young lovely girl to the designer, installer and owner are very very nice. Highly recommended.!
