The ordering process was fine, but when the materials arrived, specifically large envelopes, they had labels on them rather than having the return address being printed on the envelopes themselves. The company told our administrative assistant that that had been discussed during the ordering and approval process. The assistant has found no mention of this in any documentation. We had paid in advance, which had been required. The company is not returning our telephone calls or emails to discuss this matter further. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
