I guess smaller jobs have no interest to them. I had to constantly contact them to get a status on a quote, then I even drove out of my way so they could measure my truck to get a proper quote for exact sizing. Once I was there the guy that measured my truck was super nice so i have no complaints. Im not reviewing the working staff, however the individual(s) that should be in constant communication with customers and on their toes is not doing their job. Its been nearly 3 weeks since Ive taken my truck in for measurements and Ive YET to hear back from them. If you cant do the job, or dont want to do the job - just be honest and say so. Im not wasting anymore of my time with this company, Ill be taking my current and future business elsewhere to a company that actually follows up and communicates with customers. No sense in giving away hard earned money on a company that couldnt care less.

Howard and his crew at FastSigns of Davies are amazing to work with. I would highly recommend their services to anybody in their local area or even clear across the West Coast, such as myself! They consistently step up to my challenging request for oversized signage that has to be produced and delivered to a freight company to ship them over to the Bahamas. They take the utmost care to Crate the signs appropriately and personally deliver them, even at times outside of their normal working hours. I had a great experience in the store with Alberto, I was told once my order was placed there would be a 24hr turn around and the an additional 24hr turn around for revisions, but once I left the store it went BAD. I place my order, and hadnt heard from them, I called after almost 2 weeks and spoke to Alberto who took my name and number and said he was checking to see what happened with my order, but after 2 days of waiting I never heard back from him, so today I finally canceled my order, but even then I didnt receive a return call. This one of the worse experiences Ive had in quite a while.

We had two full color 8 banners and four full color 3 posters made for our bands recent tour. FASTSIGNS made the process easy and helped educate us with what our options were...including a material we hadnt considered that stood up to the hardships of the road. They were friendly, helpful, on-time, and at a very fair price. The end results were beyond our expectations....beautiful stunning hi-rez graphics that looked great both on-line and on-stage. Howard and his gang made my office a beautiful 3 dimensional office sign that hangs above my front desk. They were efficient, kind, easy to deal with and would highly recommend them. Next time I use them, Ill probably "paint" my car. They can add decals that look just like new paint. They are more than fast and more than signs. Keep up the great work!
