They deserve 0 stars. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to make several copies on both sides of the sheet and then they were to be laminated. An older blonde woman who did not know how to print on both sides of a single sheet of paper. She told me to just go print it myself and since it was going to be laminated anyway it wouldnt matter. I said that is not what I wanted done, I came here to a printing shop to have a specific job done. Not only would it cost double the paper, it would be thicker and not clean if the pages didnt line up exactly. While this was going on this older blonde woman kept cutting me off to speak to her manager (who was also unfriendly and unwilling to help, he said it is my call if I want to work with them or not). When I asked a question she put a piece of paper in her hand in front of her face to hide from me! She was acting like a child, or perhaps a drug addict. I was flabbergasted! If you need any print work done, this is certainly not the place to have it done. They are not competent at this location and extremely unfriendly and possibly on drugs the way they acted.

I came to print 13 pages on card stock. I was handed the paper book and left unattended for 10 minutes (while store employees played with a customers dog). When they finally came back to me I was told they had at least 20 printing orders backed up and they couldnt get to mine until later today. Unbelievable. Customer service here is the absolute worst. Ill be driving the extra 20 minutes to the store by Broward from now on.

Very quick and friendly customer service! I went to Office Depot before and can tell you Fedex is better in price and service for printing and cutting. I was helped by Steven. Steven and everyone were friendly and so helpful and QUICK without sacrificing quality. I can be a tad particular and had some special requests. If they can please me with my wedding invites, Im sure they can tackle anything.

I have been there a few times to print documents. The staff wasnt especially helpful. When I told them what I needed to do, they pointed in the direction I needed to go and that was that. I wasnt really impressed with their customer service, yet the store is quite big and seems to have the equipment necessary to handle most jobs.

pretty bad experience - tried to call to see if they make magnetic signs - got lost in voicemail - tried "0" to get help and heard "good bye" doesnt anyone answer the phone anymore?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and that is the manager! not the first time. no wonder some staff may do the same. created an argument and walked away. useless! avoid!!!!

These folks could not even do photocopy enlargement. I guess they bought Kinkos but retained none of the office servicess skills other than pack and ship.
