Worst service ever. First, they lost my HDTV. How do you lose a 50in, 40lbs pound TV that NASA can see from outer space with their satellites? Second, they started an investigation which was extended by multiple days and no results were produced, nor did they keep me up to date. Went in today (12/5/15), 3 weeks after I initially had the package sent, to get my claim and they told me the manager wasnt in, but wouldnt say when shes coming in. This whole time theyve been giving me the run around and whenever Ive called they would give me this attitude as if Im somehow inconveniencing them when, in reality, theyre the ones who are inconveniencing me by losing my HDTV. This is the worst UPS store ever. Avoid them and drive the extra 2 min to go to FedEx.

Went there to Title Notarized. I was selling the car, the manager told he dont have paper work. I explain him that you just have to stamp on the title in which I agree to sell the car.- no paper work needed. He didnt want to do- lazy as hell. Went to messenger service next day, they stamped the title. NO any paper to filled except my name and buyer name in title... This are lazy ppl dont want to do the work.

If you must use this store pray that you dont have to do anything other than drop a package off. I"m going on 3 months now calling them trying to get an insurance claim settled and they just keep blowing me off, not calling back and saying "the manager has to do this or that" I think ive manage to talk to this manager once in the entire process.

Seriously, how can you claim to have notary services when the guy who does it only shows up randomly? I stopped by on Saturday and was told the guy had already left and was told to come back Monday (today). Well apparently he is not here today. I was told to *try* tomorrow. How about you *try* offering services that you post?

Me: hi, do you have a notary available? Store: yes, until 5. Me: (calling) at 4:20, I want to make sure the notary is still there. Im on the way. Store: shes here for about 10 more minutes. Me: perfect. Store: at 4:30, oh I think she left. She usually leaves at 4:35.... Me: its 4:32 .......is zero stars possible?

I had to mail a visa application to Houston, and the workers here were helpful and friendly. I was glad that I was the only one mailing something, though; they werent in much of a hurry, and another guy in the store was having a hell of a time trying to use a simple printer.

I called 3 times & all 3 times the notary person was not there . Ill never go there !!!! U call ur self a helping store dont go there ever!!!!!!!!!

Garbage, dont go here I was literally 2 mins late for closing time and they would not take my package, it was just a drop off.

They break your things into smaller pieces. Probably better off letting your dog carry valuables cross country.
