I call 6 times, got someone taking care of me after multiple questions by there automatic answering machine, the person had to put me on hold and 5 minutes later, I was disconnected. This happened 6 times in 40mn. Each time they did not know who was taking care about my specific yard sign, like if they were 100 employees and I needed the name of each one who took care of me to find that person! Unbelievable they are only 4 working this afternoon! They are working like the post office, did not care, did not call back, totally careless. You will not have any of my business from now on. They deserve no star, but to post this review with google, I cannot post if I dont rate them 1 star, one too much.

Centrally located in miami beach, just one block from Lincoln. Open 24 hours with a wide array of services. Needed to print 20 large color posters for a workshop. Went to the shop four times (I had three different batches). Management was extremely helpful and engaging, always ready to solve anything we needed. Employees were polite and ready to answer any questions. Final quality was amazing, price was very reasonable (Ive done this in different locations around the world) and the three times they finished the job earlier. Will shop again whenever I return to Miami.

Horrible... I spoke to Mr sob Jose Centeno. He was too busy watching his basketball game to take care of his customers; had to go get him after waiting for him for 10 min. Then, when I called him on his obvious bad manners, he began being rude. I will place a formal complaint with his manager which I doubt cares at all from the other comments I see here and also with Fedex for this Kinkos. Avoid this place. Places like this deserve to be out of business.

Its supposed to be open 24/7 now they dont do it anymore, Im extremely disappointed since it was the only fedex center that stays open, also another point is everything they have is 2x 3x times more expensive than any average store in the area, they are specialists of rapping off people thats why I guess this store is always empty since consumers know it is a place to not go to unless you have no other options.

I think all the customer should apologize for existing, to the princess Brunette working over there, ..we are so sorry to bother you in your deep, cathodic contemplation...Her bald alter-ego, will make sure to rip you off and to charge you to the max, after letting you wait and finally acknowledging your existence...Customer service worth of a third world country..OF note I was there Saturday...

Ive just been there. There are a fex employees right now doing nothing. I asked the lady in the desk to do some photocopies for me ( they are important documents, and Id rather have them done by someone "professional"), and she told me to do them myself in the self service. Therefore, its not full service printing.

Despite her friendly disposition, her smile did not paint over the fact that she was the ONLY employee working on a Saturday. Not only that, she had 27 hrs of overtime that week?! This location is in dire need of more employees. Unless you like spending an hour and a half at a FedEx location, go ANYWHERE else

Amazing customer service.. needed a custom sign printed on a very quick turnaround and the staff here, Tay and Ronald, were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were able to get my job done within an hour where as everyone else I called needed 24 hours.

They are always fast and friendly. I can accomplish everything I need for my business here and they really care! Plus I like to print photos---fast and easy to email to the shop on the spot. The workers are the best in SoBe!

The worst service ever. The black&white printer didnt work and they force me to print it color. Even I didnt want it. In the end they were talking very bad to me and the put a paper with printer out of service!

Felt over charged for shipping the same package from another hub, not fed ex policy. Just to jack up fees. Insurance is higher than at main fed ex office. Box can be reused again per fed ex. Wont be back,ever.

Although there are plenty of employees, you have to wait 20 mins to get service! Still, nothing was done! "Your mail cannot be shipped today, because the driver (not left, but) will leave soon!

Had problems here trying to order business cards, then they couldnt do a passport photo the next time. Wont be going back, since they dont want my business..
