Paid $60 on a Thursday to have a package sent to this location via UPS next day air, assure it would be there by 1030 AM. It was very important to have this package Friday morning before I went into surgery. Called at noon on Friday and the clerk told me my package was not there. Stressed wondering why my package hadnt arrived , I went through with operation and called again Saturday morning where they tell me the still dont have it and to call the UPS headquarters to track the package. Two days later I call headquarters and the agent makes a call to this Miami location again, they tell her that the package was rerouted and sent back to NJ where it was sent from. At this moment Im am so upset I wasted time and money to receive the package I needed ON TIME. To make a long story short after countless phone call to NJ location trying to find out where the package went. After an entire week going by Miami UPS says oh yes your package actually was received and signed for Friday morning! But since your a package only customer, there will be a $15 fee assesed to that. I think anyone could understand the frustration after waiting a week to track dow. a late package that you thought was lost, and paying 15 to receive it, without any apology. I am done with UPS for a while.

For the past five years I have been a client of the UPS Store at Brickell. As a General Real estate professional I keep on moving back and fro, and, every time I am in the Brickell area, I use the store as my office. Not only they provide outstanding customer service, but also, I am able to use the computer, make copies, scan documents, ship at competitive rates. Additionally, I am able to offer my clients the best service provided at the store: Mailbox services. With this, my clients are offered a local street address much needed to satisfy their every day necessities, such as receipt of mail and other deliveries. I use this service my self, my shipments are well stored, and my mail is kept well organized. I will recommend this store 100%...amazing service and their employees are not only professional but quite friendly!!! Best place in town!!!!

This place just keeps getting better and better! Great staff and great attention... Its not easy nowadays to find people who greet you well and remember your name. They are also great with my kids when I bring them, even when my little ones are in a cranky mood. As far as services are concerned, Ive shipped everything! from documents, artwork gifts, etc and never had a problem. I am super satisfied with their knowledge and service. Thanks guys!
