AWEFULL, terrible experience, if I can give them negative stars I will go for at least 20 NEGATIVE, they said was changing system but actually what they been changing was prices and services and so many things that didnt help the clients in fact, may be help them making more money working less ...I will reserve what I experienced there but DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL TO ANYBODY...THEY JUST REALLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY GETTING IN...EVEN IF THEY MAKE THEIR MISTAKES THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THAT MISTAKES...FOR EXAMPLE...CUSTOMER SERVICES IS JUST SLOW RESPONSE ALL THE TIME ...just in case you are also in rush as every customer needing this kind of service...SO PLEASE BE CAREFULL IF YOU ARE REALLY THINKING TO START TO WORK WITH THEM , I WAS A CLIENT FOR YEARS AND THEY EVEN DIDNT CARE ABOUT TO TAKE CARE.

Terrible experience!! Gregory Perez is good for nothing! I went to get my flyers printed out and he complained about how my design was not able to print instead helping out. He said we had to wait an HOUR for Herbert whos the manager that was in very important meeting! I was shocked that they couldnt have one person that can actually help and have my designs ready for print. I went to Miami Printing in downtown now and in nooo time they have everything ready for me plus they have the same promotion of $99 for 5,000 flyers.

Ive used Xumba for all my printing needs for many years now. Booklets, manuals, copies, multi-section folders. They always do a great job, get things done ahead of the deadline, and give me great prices. Herberth, and Gregory, and Relmer and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure the job is done right, and always have a smile when they see me to pickup or deliver my order. Great people. Great company!

I was happy with the quality of the product I received. However I wish someone would have done a final proofing of the document and called me to verify it as I ended up paying for the product again due to part of the text missing. They were kind enough to offer me other solutions and a discounted rate for my second order.
