I was a huge advocate of Impress Printing when I got my business cards printed there 3 years ago. I am a graphic designer, so I was very impressed with there quality and professionalism. Then I went to reprint my cards and the cards came back completely bad and not at all like my original card. When I asked them to reprint them, the manager Andre was incredibly rude and said I had changed my file and it was my fault. I explained I did no such thing. Another employee found my original file in the system and told her boss that it was exactly the same. Of course he didnt apologize for rudely blaming the customer. So of course they then agreed to reprint my cards. I wish I could say the saga ended here, but it didnt. I was told they would be ready in two days and then when I called the press was down. Then I was told if I wanted to be sure I should get a proof, so I agreed and this meant another 2 days. I called every 2 days and each time I called I was told "the press just went down", when I finally explained I needed my cards in two days to have for a graphic design award ceremony, they promised they could do it. Then Friday morning they called to say they couldnt do it and they didnt have cards for me. After 3 weeks they couldnt manage to reprint my cards and now I dont have cards for my biggest event. Since it is the day of, I am basically out of luck. What a waste of my time to work with these guys, not to mentioned the managers really dont care about customer service. I will NEVER use them again and I would recommend you dont step foot in their either. It is a waste of time and a lot of headache.
