Usually great location. However today I had a late drop off from my job that is on the corner adjacent from this UPS. I got to the store at 6:26pm the door was locked. I understand that they close at 6:30pm. But it wasnt 6:30pm and I was being denied access. The woman upfront shrugged, visibly annoyed that I wanted access into the building BEFORE 6:30pm. This is a world wide shipping service. Not a mom and pop shop. I was just lucky enough to have a customer walk out after 3 minutes of me standing there so I could leave the packages. This is the second time this has happened. Did not at all get access the first time.

I walked through the door carrying a bag and a ten pound box, with three employees standing around inside talking amongst themselves and doing nothing except watching me struggle trying to get the door open with my pinky finger and then dropping the box, absolutely no help was offered, I picked up the box myself and Im sure that I saw the girl behind the counter who was doing nothing giggle at me. I walked inside told them how I would like the box shipped out then had to ask for a receipt, no offer. Theres a definite lack of common courtesy and customer service at this store and I do not reccomend going here.

Fantastic service! After reading the 2 previous reviews, i went in to this store to send some glasses for warranty, and the service was excellent. I went at about 11 am so they had the potential to offer one on one helpful service, and they exceeded my expectations of what the service might be like, even after reading the reviews! swift, helpful, professional - and the bloke that helped me even had a sense of humour to boot!

Its incredibly small, 5 people working there doing nothing, coming to print one piece of paper, cost 2.25. I ask why cant they print it out on the printer/scanner thats Sitting there not being used, tells me no one can use that printer, I must use the computer for two dollars. Then looks at me crazy when I said I will take my business elsewhere. Meanwhile at fedex its just 15 cents. No hidden fees for "using a computer".

I ship at this store at least once per week. Every time I go in, Im greated and treated like family. Also, I get a discount because Im a AAA member. I live closer to another UPS store in Ft. Lauderdale, but I rather come to this store due to their professionalism and the personal service.

Great location but staff could be more friendly.Walk in and say hello and the guy act like I annoyed him.Ok sign and he hand me the package,I say thank you and all he did was look at me stupid.Jesus can people be kind.
