The staff is non existent and when you do find someone theyre incredibly inept. I spent 30 minutes looking for Torx bits the store is completely rearranged from the majority of other stores so I couldnt find them, decided to ask the first employee I saw gr8 looked at me and said "What the a is torx bit ?Ive never heard are you sure you know what your looking for?" as if I made the thing up no its quite common I said do you know where screwdriver bits are he said over there somewhere and walked away. The second employee more if the same. Torx bits are not all that special I cant believe it ended up taking 3 employees to find them and I ended up locating it in the end. I shop at home depot all the time just wont be going back there. Do yourself a favor folks go to Lowes or make the journey 5 miles down the road to the other home depot

Let me start with the good features about this Home Depot: Their staff is super excellent. I mostly visit their plumbing, electrical, gardening, paint and appliance/electrical tools departments. I rate their staff very highly. On many occasions their staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. Some of their managers are so helpful and knowledgeable and are ready and willing at any time of the day to help you. I highly value the expert advise of their staff. I cant enumerate enough the number of times some of their key staff in plumbing, electrical and gardening have helped me. What would I ever do without them? Areas for improvement -------------------------------------- Their computer system is glitchy and I have had issues returning items. They dont have a Home Depot app to track your purchases.

From under-qualified management to employees who dread coming to work everyday. This place embodies mediocrity in every sense of the word. If you ever decide to come to this location be ready for unsatisfactory service because "they dont pay us enough here." or vacant departments because they feel as if they can just kick back and relax in the break room for what seems like their entire shift. Jeff the store greeter (a current associate diagnosed with down syndrome) seems to be the only associate at this location who is eager to work and assist customers with a positive attitude. I suggest you try your luck at Lowes otherwise youll have a gloomy day ahead of you after coming from this place. In all honesty this location doesnt even deserve one star if you ask me but well just go with that.

Most of the time I have good experiences. However, Ive been to the doors and windows desk 4 times in the last couple of weeks to get a quote on a patio door and I had the following experiences; someone will be right with you (nobody showed up), there is no one in this department tonight (from some guy working in hardware approx. 5pm), I am not sure but I will find out the price and call you back (they never called me), and finally I went to the customer service desk and they said they were not able to find me a price because it was a special order (they took my name and number and said someone will call me and they never did).

I just got off the phone with a dear lady named Serina who works in flooring. I had several questions regarding the cost of installation, etc. Since she was finishing up with another customer, she told me if I didnt mind waiting, she would help me with all my questions. After only a 5 minute wait, she was back to me and SPENT 45 MINUTES WITH ME researching and suggesting possibiities as we both sat at our computers while on the phone with each other. WOW!! Granted, it had been a horrible rainy night and the store was dead, but she didnt HAVE to do that. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I bought a Christmas tree, which when I got it home was way too big and sloppy, needles were pouring off it and it didnt drink any water. I called and asked if it was possible for someone to pick the tree up because I couldnt do it by myself. Not only did they pick the tree up, they brought me two to choose from and a couple of wreaths for my trouble. I was blown away by the service! Way beyond my expectations and super appreciated. I will buy trees from Home Depot always!

You guys see a little regnant woman carrying a 1 yrs old baby rolling a flatbed with versabound and theres is no one around to help load it in a cart. When you grab one worker outside says well Im the only one working for loading. Are you kidding. When there are plenty of workers inside just looking pretty no one can step 1 minute to help my wife. Thank god there are cámaras around for proof

They are fine if you are spending money. If you need help forget it. They are rude and lazy. DO NOT have them hold product for delivery because they will change your delivery date and if you dont like it you might get the same answer I did. "Not my problem its yours" we can drop them off or you can cancel your order it dont mater to us.

I was with my son and daughter And sons girlfriend Had a load of drywall and wood I had a phone call I had to take I watched the two parking lot guys stare at the girls and not offer any help to my son My son saw what I saw and said something and they laughed at him and walked off I have there names and going to talk to a manager

Worthless.... I went in for 2 things. Maybe thhey carry them, maybe they dont. All I know is the website would not recognize thiis location and everyone in an orange apron seemed to bve running away to avoid me. Ended up going to one of the Comercial Supply houses across town... Not all Home Depots are bad but this one is the pits...

Jeff, the store greeter is such a pleasant guy. Hes full of information, just ask him. He knows the entire store, where everything is located, what workshops are coming up and the schedule. I spoke to 3 different people, one in the outside garden area, one inside near garden and one in flooring. All were very helpful and friendly.

This Home Depot is terrible! They are poorly stocked and all the people with orange Home Depot vests told me they are not employees, that they are contractors, and that they cant answer any questions.

Poor waited a hour a the pro desk for a phone sale while every one sitting in the pro desk. Laughing and cheering waiting on one guy. I mean why are you in the pro desk if you cant make the sale....
