I ordered a 10 cu ft refrigerator online on Sunday evening. The order confirmation said that I would get two emails that I needed to pick up the refrigerator. By late Monday morning I had received neither item and I called the store. I was told that the refrigerator was ready to be picked up. I borrowed a friends truck and went to the store where the customer service person retrieved the floor model, which had none of the information brochures and was not boxed. In addition, it had a significant dent to the front door. I went back to the appliance area and there was a boxed unit on the top shelf. I was told that the appliance folks were busy and it would be at least a half hour, and probably longer, before they could get the refrigerator for me. The customer service also told me that they could not discount the damaged refrigerator without paperwork. I asked them to cancel the order and they did. While everyone was very nice, it is very obvious they dont have their act together and should have never attempted to sell me a damaged floor unit when there was a boxed unit on the shelf.

The service I received from this store was very poor. I ordered items online for express delivery so I would receive them the next day. The driver said he arrived but did not leave them as I was not at home. I was at home my garage door was wide open but I did not hear him knock so he returned the items to the store. I spent all day trying to sort getting the items delivered even talking to the manager who was not very helpful or sympathetic to my situation. He offered me half of the delivery cost for the trouble which cost me $75 for express delivery.. that is a laugh. I was promised it would come later the same day then I received a call from the manager telling me I was not going to get it today. He said it would be delivered early the next morning.. which it was not. I called the store again they said a driver was going to deliver it sometime today. All I can say about this store is your a disgrace to be serving customers. The attitude of some of the staff is disgusting, only one staff member was helpful and her name is Tammi. I will not spend another dime in this store.

I tried to purchase a grill by phone for delivery to our home. It was in stock and available. The guy (Kurt) who was supposed to call me back to place the order after I spoke with him, never did call back. After 4 hours, I called again and asked to speak with a manager to again place this order. The operator, Christine, put me on hold for 10 min. Never getting put through to speak with someone, all the while hearing the recorded message "Your call is important to us, please wait for the next available associate". I hung up and called yet again, this time on hold for 15 min. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT LADY LAKE! You are not the only rodeo in town. I did indeed purchase the same grill with free delivery...FROM AMAZON!!! Hope to never grace your store again! Good riddance. I am a loyal shopper at other Home Depots but not yours!

Im a huge fan of Home Depot, especially at this time of year when all the beautiful spring flowers are in full bloom. Its fun to browse through their garden center and try to imagine Im in my own secret garden. The choices are endless and spectacularly beautiful! I once spent an entire year going to classes on Tuesday evenings at another Home Depot until I had gone through every class they taught. I often tell people Im a Home Depot graduate. I even got the orange apron (which they give to everyone who takes a class) to prove it.This particular Home Depot is a great place to shop. The employees are always nice and very accommodating to help you find that one tiny elusive piece you need to finish your project. Its easy to get in and out of and handicap accessible.

A recent home delivery of a mjor applicance could have turned "sour" had it not been for the assistance by store employees (who CARED AFTER the fact that a purchase was out their door). My inquiry on how to "fix" my problem was met with helpful staff and various suggestions, from the original sales person, to people in electrical and at the service desk, along with the manager who must have allowed for a job just a bit out of the "ordinary". The problem was really with the home delivery contractor rather than H.D., but H.D. and its employees did step up to the plate and made things right. I will make sure to shop H.D. first when it comes for my next major appliance. Thanks H.D.! Villages Resident.

Love this store! I admire the employees at this store. I dont know how they deal with The Villagers and all their demands. Many times I have been in your store and witnessed the nastiness of these people with the employees. The employees always smile, dont get upset and take what is being dished to them. Kudos to a group of patient, kind people...the Home Depot Employees!!! Oh and special Kudos to your Employee, Greg! He goes above and beyond without hesitation!!

Very poor service. Picked out a Patio set. The salesperson took me to the customer service desk. The salesperson told me there was 2 ways to get it delivered one was cheaper. At the customer service desk I could not understand the person. When I did it seems the cheaper way to get the set delivered was they cannot tell you the day or time. I never heard of such a thing. Left when down the road to Lowe,s got a set no problem.

Just bought a riding lawn mower last week, customer service was best in class. They answered all my questions, and would like to give a special thanks to Michael in home in garden. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly, and helped to load it on the trailer, it was extremely hot, but he made sure to take his time. One of the best buying experiences Ive ever had.

I have been in and out of this store approximately 15 times in the last 2 weeks. Every single time I have experienced difficulties finding help, che,king out, and once I was even rung up for materials that when I went to load them, was told there was none in stock, I had to go stand in a return line for 30 minutes, completely wasted an hour of my valuable time.

Staff thats there is helpful, but they are terribly understaffed. Most department are empty of associates and those that are there have three people waiting for them. Management needs to realize that the savings they get from payroll wont cover the losses when people walk out without their items and go up the road to Lowes when they cant find help.

I prefer going to this Home Depot out of the others in my area. Granted its a bit of a drive for me, but the area is nicer and the store itself seems to carry more product than a lot of other places. I will continue going here as long as the service and products remain the same.
