The customer service is terrible! I am a home owner trying to repair my roof so I dont know all about roofing so I asked the guy behind the counter for the materials for a 20x30 roof ,well I guess they dont know how to estimate because he only sold me half of some materials I needed. So half way into the job I realized this and had to stop work and drive over an hour one way to get the rest of the materials. Once I was there I explained to the same guy who had no comment! As the another guy went to load the 2 buckets at my truck, he runs into my talegate! AGAIN THEY HAD NOTHING TO SAY EXCEPT SORRY!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. TAKE WARNING!

Dont bother trying on Saturday. Contrary to their listing here, there are workers here but are closed on Saturday. The guy told me to go to Home Depot! Thats what I say to you. Go to Home Depot.
