I replaced whole house wood flooring. My sales consultant was Brian. I shopped all over Central Florida for two months, and when I found flooring America and Brian- my search ceased!! Excellent over the top caring and customer service! The flooring products are top quality with all included reasonable pricing! We truly love our new floor- it was the best decision. Do yourself a favor- do not buy a floor product until you check here. Brian knows floors and what you need for special circumstances such as floors w crawl spaces. No sales pressure, friendly, helpful staff and a very large selection- including sound and moisture barrier pads, and after service. Thank-you Brian for helping us select the correct product for our home- you made it easy.

We have worked with them two different times and had a horrible experience each time. We had tile put down in our condo. First of all, all the materials they had to special order for us we could have just gotten at Lowes for about the same price. They did an extremely poor job on the tile floors (I wish I could post a picture here), and we ended up not continuing the rest of the condo with them. Now, we are having a contractor finish the job, and just so much as exchanging a bag of thin set for a bag of grout with Floors Direct has been a serious undertaking. Not to mention, the customer service is HORRIBLE. They are rude, forgetful, not well organized and generally seem inconvenienced to be dealing with you.

I love this store for all of my flooring needs. I am local Residential Contractor building mostly new additions onto existing homes in West Orange county. I tried other places including the big chain store in Orlando but these guys are the best. Huge selection in their showroom to choose from. Expert advice from highly experienced professionals. Material and installation services are available here. Locally owned and operated. The owner is almost always there at the store. They have completed several jobs for me to date and each with excellent results. They stand behind their work and see each project through to a positive completion. What more can you ask for? Im a fan.

Over the past year and a half I have been in this store and have had nothing but excellent experiences. We havent even purchased our flooring yet, due to our uncertain time frame. Amos has been most patient with us and another gentleman gave me advice that came about from a simple conversation about a stairwell. To keep it short, he went above and beyond by making a quick call for us without even being asked. Well be returning shortly to finalize our tile, carpet, flooring etc for our home.

At first I was pleased with our order, however the sales guy talked us out of the amount of overage we purchased, which lead to ordering more. And the back splash that came in was not the correct kind. When I called to cancel Brian was so rude and nasty. Starting with the way he answered the phone to the way he explained the process. I will never purchase from that store again.
