Some pretty horrific customer service. I witnessed 2 male Home Depot employees having a conversation and a couple approached them asking for assistance in Windows & Doors. One of the employees responded with "Did you try the front desk to see if they can find you someone?" (we were in the very back of the store) and rather than EITHER of these 2 employees going off to help them find someone, they went back to their conversation and turned their backs on the couple. When we left, I saw the couple still looking for someone to help them. In the mean time, we got to deal with the mega grumpasaurus that handles the cutting station in lumber. You will not meet a more unpleasant person, I promise. He questioned all of our requests. Slammed our pieces of wood around. Didnt get the number of pieces requested correct because hes too busy running his mouth rather than listening to the customer. Just flat out rude. If your job is customer service then you should probably help the customers out. Not ignore or berate them. If youre a grumpy person, thats fine, just pick a different profession. And before anyone says "you dont know what his day was like", we were there the previous day getting the same lumber and he was just as unpleasant then. To everyone he interacted with. Guy is a grump. The lady at the check out was awesome, though. The wood we purchased was not entered in to the system correctly, so she had to look it up and when she entered it the system was charging it wrong, which she caught, so she had to painstakingly enter everything manually. And not once did she blame us. Not once did she throw our purchase around. She smiled and was pleasant and we were more than happy than to be patient with her. Her job was more difficult than any of her male counter parts that I saw that night, and yet she handled it with more grace and composure. Funny how that works, huh? If you go here just be prepared to do everything yourself.

Worst possible experience the door greeter jerry was extremely rude to me and my family i went to plumbing and spoke with a lady with the name tage judy and shes was complaining with a coworker about customers how stupid they are and how they hate the place i asked a simple question about where something was she pointed and said somewhere over there with a pissed off look on her face and told me there go there. After hearing all this i went to a lowes where i was politly greeted and talked to as we where mature adults will never be going to this location again.

Terrible. Their employees are incapable of ordering the right carpet. Picked out the carpet, had Home Depot order and install it with their subcontractor. Subcontractor called to confirm with the carpet name and everything which was correct. They show up with the wrong carpet as Home Depot sent it to them wrong. It shouldnt be this hard to do your job correctly. Im now in a bind because of your employees inability to do their job correct. I didnt spend $1200 for simple mistakes like this to happen.

Most things someone has an answer. Even a few creative ideas in door and window and hardware. But operationally, I want to rent an insulation blower machine and what a hassle. Save yourself some trouble and talk directly to the department. The service desk and the contractor desk dont know whats going on. I spent three conversations over three days at least two hours (two 6AM trips) and still had to go to Streetsboro to get the machine I needed. Frustration is the word.

This stores customer service experience can vary wildly at this location. We waited for a considerable amount of time and even left and came back to talk to the flooring department (two hours wait), but the young lady who helped us was really amazing, listened to what we wanted, was patient with our children, and overall super friendly and acted like she wanted our business and cared. We will definitely be back for more purchases in the future.

Pretty standard Home Depot location as far as selection and offering. I stopped in a few times when I lived in Aurora. Its conveniently located off of Rt 43, in a more quiet shopping center (as opposed to the busier plaza across the street). Ample parking makes it easy to get in and out. Overall, a solid Home Depot location.

Horrible customer service. 4 employees standing around talking when you ask for help they tell you to go find someone else. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Still wasnt able to be assisted and left.

Cashiers were AWFUL and were annoyed that they had to help. Maybe if they had more than self check out open and we didnt have 3 bags of bolts I wouldnt be asking for help. Will not be going here again.
