We had to move a business that was moving from one location to another. Our normal tech guy, Carl from Premier Computer Solutions had an emergency and was unable to assist us that day. So, we called We Care out of desperation. We requested a simple set up of internet and local network setup. Basic stuff, right? Well, the tech arrived and immediately groaned and complained a lot when faced with any problems. He took our hours to accomplish what someone could have easily accomplished in half the time. When he left, he did not even have all client stations working properly as they were not all connected to the internet or the server. We then had to have our normal tech guy from Premier Computer Solutions to come and fix all of the problems they created or were unable to solve. Never again!

After decades of good luck with computers, I had a desktop and a laptop appear to die within days of each other. Given all the developing issues out there (do I really need a laptop given all the tablets in the house? do I want to buy even a cheap desktop with Windows 8?), I wanted to avoid any new hardware purchases if possible. At the same time, I didnt want to pay someone half of the cost of a cheap desktop to be told that these two computers were dead. At a very reasonable rate and in very short order (I did bring the computers into their office), I found out that the laptop was indeed dead but the desktop could be easily restored to the living. I would highly recommend We Care Computers to anyone.

I would highly recommend WeCare Computers, Inc to everyone! You dont even have to live nearby! I was told about their wonderful service by a business associate, who highly recommended them. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I gave them a call, and was so impressed with their knowledge and ability to work with me "long-distance" that I decided to give them a try! We "traded" laptops, they got everything off my old one & sent it to me, to download to my NEW laptop! Then they built the perfect PC for my home office! I cant tell you how much I am enjoying them both! They helped make "going to work" even more fun! Thank You, Avi, Jessie & everyone at WeCare Computers! You are all the BEST!

When I asked a fellow resident in my Senior Center about who he used for computer repairs, he said (without hesitating) "We Care Computers"! So I called them the next day, and WCC was here the next morning! They did what they could on my OLD computer, but had to come again on Monday morning. Their recommendation was that I needed a new computer, and I knew that they were right. So on Wednesday, June 29, Tom installed my new Dell computer - and I love it! The next task I had for WCC was to install my genealogy program, and Via did it - even though it took 2-1/2 hours! Now Im all set to get back to my genealogy hobby! Thanks for everything WCC! My desk top had a virus that was shutting down my whole system. I hadnt done a back up in months and was about to lsoe EVERYTHING include all my 2,500+ photo of my kids. We Care Computers not only saved all my data, but was able to get me back up and running and gave me tons of options, like upgrading my operating system. The next day, my lap top got the blue screen of death and they were able to come out that same morning. I believe I have been a pleased customer of WCC for about 7 or 8 years. I have had two computers assembled for me and have purchased two laptops, both necessary since I spend time on two coasts. When I have had problems and contacted WCC I rceceived a phone call or email in under and hour. The technicians who arrived to help me were knowledgeable and of good nature. The work was done quickly and they made suggestions on how to solve problems in the future and gave me technical advice on how to improve my computer skills. When my computer needed to be upgraded, I dreaded having to get a new one, especially with all the programs, passwords, etc. Avi, Tal and Tom made it seem like this was no big deal-and they were right. My assistant and I now have 2 screens(their idea and what a great idea it was); the new computer is so much better, and I am one very happy camper. If you are having any problems with your computer, these are the go-to people. I know longer get upset when something doesnt work as I know they will fix it. Being a Senior, thats important. They will also come and tutor you if you need help with Power Point, uploading pictures or downloading music. Ive used them since they were just a small company and they have grown since the. However, they still give that personal touch. Try them and youll see. We Care Computers- remember the name.

They are rip off artists! They charged me $489 to "fix" my overheating computer claiming that they completely rebuilt the fan. When I got it back it was no better than when I started. I brought it to another shop and when they removed the "rebuilt" fan it was completely packed with dust. They also determined that the liquid cooling solution had coagulated. I wont even get into how rude the office staff is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Ive used We Care Computers three times to help with I-Mac problems: initial wireless set up, a printer problem and an email problem when I converted my internet provider from Cox to AT&T U-Verse. Each time, a technician was available for a house call on the same or next day and arrived on-time and had no problem dealing with a Mac. Just yesterday I had a technology issue that arose last minute and they immediately sent a tech down to address and repair same. We Care Computers did a terrific job in getting my unstable internet connection locked down. My laptop connection is now problem-free, and more importantly my connection for credit-card processing is 100% reliable and super fast.
