Our family laptop was running super slow and causing extreme frustration. I was almost ready to throw the it out the window. I searched both Angies List and the Better Business Bureau and found Mr. Computer LLC on both sites with positive reviews. I called and Nick was very pleasant and offered an appointment for the very next day. We dropped off the laptop and Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. We thought that our teenage daughters internet use had subjected the computer to a virus. However, after a thorough review, Nick found no viruses, but the number of programs we had downloaded over the years had drained the memory and that was causing the system slowdown. Nick made suggestions on what programs should be kept and cleaned the entire system, while saving all of our documents and pictures. We also have an old desktop that stopped working. We will be bringing that to Nick as well!! We would definitely recommend Mr. Computer LLC for all your technology needs.

My childrens internet use invariably resulted in the acquisition of numerous viruses that resulted in an extremely slow processing time. Out of frustration, I almost purchased a new PC. I had called another computer repairman, to help, who ultimately was asked to leave- my 15 year old son had more computer skills! Then I found Nick, in no time he was at the house troubleshooting our network issues. Come to find out my computer was linking to my neighbors wireless network instead of our own. Nick displayed professionalism and determination to locate the problem. In addition, he cleaned the hard drive on the PC. Miraculously, the speed has returned to what it was when we first took it out of the box. Nick continues to offer support via email. Most recently he offered phone support to solve a problem we had hooking up a new printer. Mr. Computer is who well continue to call for all of our familys IT needs.

Went to his location to find that there is no sign to show where he is. Went into store next door to find out where I had to go. Went there and low and behold doors locked and no one there even though web site says he is open. Tried to call to get a machine informing me to leave a message and expect a reply within 3 hours. Sorry but this is not a way to run a business.
