I brought my computer in as it wasnt booting. They changed out my power supply. Great! Overcharged me by $65 (based on what I found the PSU for on the internet), again, Great! I needed my PC fixed, they fixed it. Charged me $50 to install the power supply, fine by me, I didnt have the time to do it myself. HOWEVER, I brought the system home, powered it up, it ran great for about 12 hours and shut down, never to boot up again. Brought it back and was informed it was now a motherboard issue. Then they proceed to want to charge me $120 + $50 installation for a board that A) got terrible reviews everywhere and B) was available online for under $70 (WITH shipping) from multiple outlets. Suffice to say, I ordered a new board and put it in myself and will NEVER do business with PC Warehouse again!

I brought my Daughter in to get the glass on her cell phone replaced. After 2 weeks the glass just cracked for no reason. When we went back they were very rude and then blamed it on my daughter. Then they said they would call the company who makes the glass and call me back within a week, but never got a call back. There is no customer service and they are very rude. I would not recommend to go to them for anything because the customer service is very bad then blame you for a product defect or there mistake.

They have always treated me well at PC Warehouse. They know their stuff and provide great quality work. I have been a customer there for a very long time and recently had them make a second custom computer build to meet my needs as a videographer. It has been my experience that if any problem comes up they resolve it right away and theyll answer any question.

Awful customer service I brought my laptop there working the only issue was the screen was cracked after they switched the screen which cost me over $300 I got my laptop back and now it wasnt booting up and when it did my computer would freeze these people are a bunch of crooks Ill never go to them again.

Wonderful customer service and very helpful staff. The staff there was extremely helpful with a issue I had with my laptop and the technicians there was able to diagnose it immediately. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely go again if I have more issues!

Very poor customer service. No help from the owner Brian either. His return policy changes daily. Dont buy there. Bad products that they wont exchange due to defects. The employees also have a wonderful condescending attitude about themselves.

Ive used PC Warehouse for 20 years. Over those years their techs have built numerous systems for me. They have always been professional, knowledgeable with reasonable prices. Their customer service is great and I would recommend them highly!

Being a senior citizen, Im not very familiar with electronics. When my computer wasnt working, my son told me to go to PC Warehouse. It was amazing. The people were so helpful and the rates were very low. This is the best place to go.

Although they "fixed" my pc it was a lot of money, and they taped a crappy new power switch to the top of my pc. My power button is broken.
