Salesman tried to talk me out of buying a firestick by providing false information about its ability to download 3rd party apps, after which he added "if you do download 3rd party apps your firestick will overheat and be destroyed" If anyone else has the problem of this Salesman lying to you about updates, 3rd party apps, and overheating please ignore him. Very unprofessional!!

THESE PEOPLE BROKE MY IPOD. THAT CRACK WASNT THERE BEFORE AND THESE 2 MEN FROM THE STORE CLAIMING THEY COULDNT FIX IT. AND NOT ONLY THEY COULDNT FIX THEY BROKE IT EVEN MORE WORSE THEN IT WAS BEFORE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE EVER!

I dropped off packages full of Christmas gifts there to be shipped via UPS and they lost them! Dont ship any packages here! You will regret it!
