My laptop crashed. My blood pressure spiked. I had seen the store. It was close by and I needed results - fast. I drove over with my faulty equipment to get their take. Simply put, the service that I received was prompt, efficient and had me back at work for my clients in far less time than I had feared - for a price that strikes me as completely reasonable. I was building a custom computer for the first time and was having trouble, so I took it to Computer Trades to have it looked at. The service rep diagnosed my defective power supply within minutes and confirmed that the rest of my build was correct. I wasnt charged and walked out completely satisfied with the experience. The shop isnt much to look at, but the service, which is all I care about, was excellent.
