I would give them a negative star. My wife dropped off my laptop to PCW in Manchester, was told it would be ready in 2 - 4 days. When I went to pick it up on the fifth day they had not touched it. The young man (about twenty-two) behind the counter who was the only one in there said that they would look at it the next morning and call me on Saturday. On Monday I called back to find that they had not looked at it. Again I was told that they would in the afternoon and call me the next day. I told him not to bother, we were told 2 - 4 days and after day 7 when it wasnt even looked at I told him that I would be there to pick it up. When I said that Im not expecting to be charged for this he.. HUNG UP ON ME... I will never bring any business or recomend PCW to anyone.

I needed my DC port on my computer fixed. It was loose and the charger kept shorting out, and I told the clerk exactly what was wrong with it. Nevertheless, we needed to pay $30 for a "diagnostic test" which consisted of the the employee bending a paper clip and shoving it into the charger port, just to tell me that I was right. It was loose. Then I waited 3 days to get the computer back, which is when we paid about $100 just for the repair. Got paperwork saying that after testing it, everything was working fine. I got home to find out that it wasnt fixed. The DC port was no longer loose, but the issue was not resolved. The charger is still shorting out, and we blew $130 to have a paperclip shoved into the charger port, and to have a small piece tightened.

I had an AMAZING, AWESOME, AND FANTASTIC at PCW!!!! My iPhone 4 had gotten soaked :( I put it in rice and was shocked that it turned on but the screen was black. So I took it to PCW, Jack was the tech that helped me and I have nothing but praise for him never once did he make me feel stupid or talk down to me. Being an older person I find that happens a lot. It was very busy and I was able to observe him interact with other customers and I truly believe that is how he is will everyone!! I know that I will go back if I ever need to use their services again and I will be telling my friends to go there if they have a problem.

Very VERY bad experience. Brought in my computer to have battery replaced. Employee told me they would call with an estimate in a day. FIVE DAYS later I CALLED THEM to ask what was up and was told they forgot to call me back. Next they ordered the wrong battery which took a week for them to figure that out. At this point I picked up my computer and will never return.

Without going into detail, they grossly over charged me for a very simple fix. When I questioned, I was told the extra labor time they charged me for was to "discharge static from the motherboard" - nonsense. Instead of doing the honest thing they took the opportunity for a money grab.

We had a laptop mishap resulting in a cracked screen. Called PCW took it down to them, and Shad had it replaced at a very fair price in less than a day.
