I wanted to share a superb customer service experience I had with this store. Although it has been a year since the experience took place, my intentions in posting promptly were good, just sat on my desk too long. I had purchased a laptop at another Staples location and was experiencing hard drive problems. Since it was still under factory warranty, I decided to send it back to the mftr through the Worcester store. I handed the unwrapped laptop to an agent in the copy center, who was thoughtful and courteous, however, the packing was not sufficient as it arrived at the factory with damage to one corner. The mftr made the repair to the hard drive (but not to the case) and sent me a picture of how it was received with the damaged corner. Since the mftr did not feel responsible, and I had relied on Staples to provide packing and shipping, I turned to Staples to rectify. Jake and Mark at the Worcester store were very helpful in assisting me in ultimately receiving a very generous credit from Corporate. Jake in particular was very determined that some resolution would take place. My wife and I are small business owners and this experience always reminds us of why we continue to be Staples customers.

I had an amazing experience at this Staples store!!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me, and so very helpful, making my computer buying experience enjoyable, compared to the stress and confusion I left the first store (BB) I stopped at with. The IT guys at this store, Corey and Jerry, and also the manager Mark, all assisted me with professionalism from beginning to end, never talking "over" my head, taking the time to show me some new things and even knew my name when I came back in. These guys are the reason I am loving my new computer and have everything I need. You dont find people like this in stores everyday!!! Kudos to management for hiring such a great team!!!! If you need any assistance with your computer go see these guys...you wont be sorry. Just saying :)

NEEDS MUCH MORE CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND NOT ALSO PROPORTIONAL TO ITS COMMUNITY POPULATION and becoming very expensive to its constituents . ..now they place you on hold for over 15 minutes and give the I am sorry when they exactly do not want to deal with their faults. I thought that they were good but they still can not even have a Hispanic manager to place the balance of the community. Not a Hispanic doer or robot to this non cultural community wanna be.

I have first hand witnessed on multiple occasions the staff at this staples being berated and cursed at by heinously rude customers and they handle it with grace and professionalism every time. I commend them for their patience, they are helpful and honest, if they are unsure how to do something they tell me so and then figure out how to complete the task as a team. I go there for all my business needs in the copy print center. Thanks guys!

My company has had an awful time with their print services. Nothing is ever printed in the estimate time and they experience equipment failure frequently. Orders were constantly incorrect and there was always so much confusion from employees about it. We were never contacted that our prints could not be done do to a machine being down and when we went to pick them up 2 days later the sales associate was rude and uncommunicative.

Very disappointed with this staples East-Tech service. Bought a HP computer and it started slowing down so i took it back for them to analyse thought it was my hard drive. 2 weeks later still didnt have my computer so i decided to call HP just to find out nothing was done!!My computer didnt even need a new hard drive.Did a system recovery with a HP agent and my laptop is running like new. Management is very misinformed.

This location is unable to ship packages to APO addresses because they are not properly trained to do so. If you are trying to ship to an APO address (ie: anyone in or associated with the military who is stationed elsewhere) do NOT expect to be able to do that at this location.

I would give less than 1 , but it is not possible, do not use the printer because I did it and they charged me most the black and white papers as color and I told them they ignored , black and white I printed and I pay as a color .... do not go there ....

The woman behind the print counter was very rude and not helpful but was nice to other people she didnt like me for some reason very poor quality so I was there for a half an hour for no reason
