I bought a Nexus 7 with an extended warranty. I was told no matter what happened to it they would replace it up to a year. I paid cash; the salesman took all my info and told me I was all set. Got 1 yr. warranty I bought it w/cash and the associate registered for me. I couldnt use it because it was too small for me to see(Im Old]. I gave it to my daughter thats in nursing school. It wont hold a charge, and Staples wont replace it because I lost the receipt. They put all my info into their system but they cant locate it. I was given 5 different numbers to call to locate my info on warrantees. They said I am out of luck if I cant find the receipt. I paid $231.00 for the Nexus 7 and the year warantee; then I paid $40 for a protective case. The manager told me that I have to take responsibility in life. The young kid that sold it to me told me I was all set.

They allow illegal copying. I was waiting and waiting as all fax machines were occupied and one girl was copying an entire book! I needed to fax something very urgently and the kid behind the counter didnt want to be there. The only person who cares in this store is the greeter. I called and tried to get the name of another fax place near me and was tried to just be coaxed back in. Also... They sell CDs but no CD cases... Terrible inconvenience.

Their website quoted prices for phones that were supposed to be "available for in store pick up" but when my wife went in they tried to charge her vastly more. We were told that the phones we looked at were unavailable even though the exact model was in the store. It was a bait and switch and the store staff was unrepentant about it.

0 star for me cuz they charged me a dollar for little tiny tape are you kidding staples???? Couldnt believe it not recommended for everyone!!! Bad service post office in staples especially the Indian girl working there rude!!!!0

Awesome early in the morning- no crowds to avoid, lots of staff to help you and no wait at the check out. Easy in, easy out on the way to work. Love love love that the register can look up Staples Reward money.

Rude and not quick to help those not computer savvy but I know how to write a review that hurts your business the girls who print out stuff are rude and ignorant. I will never shop at Staples

Bad experience. Very little help on the floor to answer questions. When I did find someone, he wasnt helpful. Very condescending and eager to move on to the next customer.

This and my local staples have cut back and are smaller now, service is on / off. This location seems better than the others I ve been in.
