Passes off parts as new when they are used. After having my computer repaired. it again had problems. I took it too a different computer place. They told me that if the parts that were install were passed off as new then i got ripped off. Techs are totaly clueless on what they are doing. If they were skilled at fixing computer then why do they have to wait for the owner to answer a question. But the owner jeromy says all his techs are all trained and hold certifcates. I highly doubt that. One was a idiot electrican i had do work on my house. That he completly messed up. The other just totaly not knowing what he was doing. his only answer was i have to talk to the boss. If they knew what they were doing then why do they have to wait for the boss to answer a question. Stay away and tell everyone you know to stay away. As a different user posted. if your company was so good. then why do you need to keep changing the name? if i could give them a negitive star i would. stay away at all costs. that guy remo that wrote a review is the owner jeromy if you guys want to know. sad that he has to write reviews on his own place. he just needs to face the fact he runs a bad store.

When my computer wouldnt do anything at start up (just a flashing line) I knew it was a problem for someone else. I live in Leominster and brought it to a local place that had a 2 week wait just to look at it. I decided to try Gardner and they had it fixed in under 20 minutes and sent me away without a penny out of my pocket. (the motherboards bios had a tricky reset). Very nice Guys and as generous as they are knowledgeable.
