Today my friend and I went to this Microsoft store in order to either get her computer fixed or get a new one. When we entered the store no one even made eye contact even though there were like five or six employees on the floor. Two of them may have been doing other work but there were at least 2 employees messing with virtual reality and one other guy just leaning on a display. My friend was nervous to ask for help because the employees were stand-offish. When a richer looking man walked in, he was asked if he needed help by two different people and a third asked another employee if someone had already helped him.We left briefly to go get something to eat and then returned to the same behavior. At this point we had already been looking at computers and she had come back in with two in mind and was going to pick one, and still no one offered to help us and pretended we were not there. Too such an extent that we were looking at a computer and an employee need to grab something next to it, mumbled excuse me and then walked away without another word. At this point we just left and went to Best Buy and she ended up just getting one there instead. Long story short, you lost a customer who was going to buy a computer but because your staff was so judgmental because we look like college students, they didnt think we were worth helping.

Horrible experience. I had my surface pro replaced 9 months ago and now the replacement is acting up. I payed for the extended warranty and they never transferred it from my original device to my replacement device. They told me my warranty expired 2 years ago; BEFORE i even received it. How does that work? No one wants to help me and they told me to just go online and contact support. How am i going to go online if my computer is broken?! Then this guy named Jan told me to lie to customer service and give a false serial number that has a warranty and put my other device in the box to send in. Really helpful telling me to commit fraud. The manager was worthless, some other rep told me i cant upgrade to windows 10 and then another rep started to do the install and said it was fine. Get it together Microsoft; good lord.

Microsofts in-store service is even worse than their web-support experience. To get a simple question answered ("Do you have extra power cords for the Microsoft Surface 4 in stock?) I had to call twice because I was hung up on, refuse to answer too many questions aimed at helping MS cross-market not help me, and then wait on hold for more than six minutes. Only to find you cant buy a replacement cord for their new Surface products ... rendering mine useless. Buying this device was, for me, an experiment to see if MS was getting its mojo back. It isnt. Go with Apple products.

Pre-ordered the surface Puerto 3, never got it on time, asked customer service whether I could pick it up in store and they told me that if first have to cancell the order and then go and stand in line. Then I preordered GTA V... A week passed and I did not get it, called customer service and they said that there is nothing they could do and if I wanted to complain I would need to wait the business days to do so. Will not recommend or ever order from them again. Use any other retailer for better experience.

Overall, Ive only had positive experiences at the Microsoft store. The staff are helpful, make recommendations, and generally know their stuff. Ive spent a fair amount of time in the store and its honestly a cool experience. That being said, Ive been told inaccurate information once or twice. I went in to buy a copy of Windows 10, asked if my selection was 32 or 64 bit, and was told I needed to buy the PRO version. A Google search told me otherwise... Wouldnt let that detract you, but stay alert.

Quite dirty, slow staff, not great prices on techbology, and perhaps the worst of all, the lack of knowledgeable staff. The store is not well cleaned, and even with a reservation excpect to wait to talk to a store worker. Even then only one or two people in the store are adequely knowledged. If you need tech help go to a local computer store, and if you need a new Windows computer head over to Best Buy across the street.

The store is nice and staff is very helpful. The do not pressurize to buy. The give answer of every question and give positive and negative aspect of every thing and if you need any advise to which is better to you at particular amount they can also advise you only on request.

If you havent already tried the vr goggles, give em a try. Super fun! Staff is friendly if you actually are interested in buying a product. If not, they tend not to try to push for a sale. So thats nice when you just want to look around

Worst costumer service ever. There is atleast 10 employees here and not a single one has greeted me. They all rather stand around talking amongst them selves or playing on the computers then helping a costumer. Going to apple instead

I honestly didnt even want to give this a star. The online support is extremely incompetent and there is no clear way to contact the store except by going there in person.

Nice sized store and the staff is helpful but not too pushy. Definitely can go in there and test the products without feeling like an employee is hovering around you.
