At first great.....now they suck. They dont respond to phone calls for service and when youre dealing with a broken electric fence, its important that someone responds so your pet doesnt run off the property. Found another dealer who responded right away and came out for same day service. Maybe if Ridgefield Pet had stuck with animals and stopped expanding into landscaping and generators, they wouldnt have lost a long time customer!
