Been going all my life, and get harassed by the Petcos Managers and Kat Konnection staff there constantly. The other employees are usually nice in the Petco section. They threw me all over when trying to volunteer to help Kat Konnection. Worst people ever. No idea who any of their other staff are, couldnt not get scheduling five times in a row, and when I confronted them at Petco, everyone was nice, except they told me talk to the main manager. He threatened to Ban me, cause I asked for Kat Konnections and their info. Theres animals and crickets running all over, and Ive seen and heard from staff that Kat connection does not properly take care of their animals, and Petco says its not their problem either, Even though its INSIDE their store. Never seen such neglected cats before. Never seen such disrespect from a petco manager either. Never go to this one. Over expensive, and they harass you and the animals. I was even followed and glared at til I finsihed shopping to leave the store.

Been coming here since we adopted our dog - a Shi-Tzu Yorkie mix - a year ago and we are very happy with the selection of toys, food and supplies to make our newest family member happy in our house. When we first adopted him, I came here for the basics and right away the cashier knew I was there for a new puppy and offered me a "starter kit" of coupons and membership to the Petco Pals Reward club that offers additional discounts, etc. They offer grooming and dog training services here as well. The store is clean and well organized which is also a plus. While they dont necessary offer the "higher end" treats you can get at PetValu, what they offer here is more than sufficient at reasonable prices.

This was the worst Petco Ive been to. As you walk in you can smell how dirty the store was. There were urines and feceses all over the floor. I had to carry my dog around because I didnt want him to get dirty. There was no one to help. The employees were actually walking away. Ill never go back there. I was disgusted.

Tried to walk here. There is no entrance on sunrise highway, but there is a set back doorway with a bum living in it. Tried to find the entrance, but would have to walk around the block. Id rather not get mugged/aids. Go somewhere else

I find no bargains or great prices here, in fact there on the pricey side. I always feel like Im getting ripped off when I go in there. So I never buy anything but dog food.

Groomers are great, always happy to see my dog. Despite the many dogs they see daily, they remember my dogs name and greet her even when we are shopping in the store.
