They have an employee who has piercings and looks very unprofessional. She told me I could not purchase one of the reptiles because I did not explain to her where I would keep it. I have 5 reptiles that are over two years old now I know how to properly take care of my animals and she stated that she could not sell this animal to me because I didnt basically read off a list of the stuff I would need for it. I know how to take care of animals and I feel like when purchasing one you dont have to explain yourself especially at petco this has never happened to me before. It changed my mind in ever buying an animal from there again, I went to a different petco and it worked out great! The reptile is doing great! Hes now huge!

Went here for the vetco at petco. The entire staff was so friendly. The vetco at petco went from 10-12. Theres usually a line at 10 so you might have to wait a little bit (but its not bad at all). They provide services for way cheaper than going to the vet. I really had a great experience with the vetco at petco. After visiting with the vetco, I did walk around to find some treats and toys for my dog. This location is large and has a huge variety of things to choose from. The prices arent too expensive either.

I keep flip flopping between PetSmart and Petco. The reason I go to Petco is that they carry Halo brand dog food which my 3 dogs love. I like the set up (and proximity to my home) of PetSmart better but they dont carry our dogs food. I believe they are pretty much the same store and I would give them pretty much the same grade.

Ive had pets all my life. I went into this location last weekend and mentioned that I was shopping for my new pet and I was offered a welcome/care package. It was nothing major but it was nice. The customer service was great and the location is ver nice and organized. Loved it!

Ive had a spotty experience with both really helpful associates who even remember us weeks later to associates/groomers being rude and unhelpful, even avoiding us. Convenient and I love being able to take my dog shopping with me.

Very helpful staff. Products that may not be in stock are easily ordered online - get staff member to help you have product shipped to your home which makes it very convenient (and also comes with free shipping).

Although I have my reservations about certain staff members at this location - the management has been extremely helpful on a few occasions. Decent place to grab your pet supplies.
