Falsely ticketed merchandise and a middle aged female manager with a bad attitude and NO people skills. I guess some fail to realize that when investing in a pet based business you will mainly encounter the pets OWNERS. The only reason I give this location any stars at all is because of the few sales associates that were very friendly and helpful. I had to walk out of the store when I saw the witch of a manager yelling at her staff in front of myself and the other customers. I am so glad that this is not my neighborhood pet store. Dont waste your time here, until pet supplies plus smartens up and turns over management.

Great place to get supplies for all your pet loving needs. Good atmosphere, friendly staff that is well versed in all the products and are highly polite and helpful. Decent prices and affordable to keep some kind of money in your pocket ... that is if you still use cash and not plastic.

Great service and has a mom-pop store feel to it. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are better than PetSmart and Petco and they will always match any sales prices from other stores.
