The guest walking the store are always helpful and kind being pet owners too. The ok comes from less than enthusiastic guest service associates. The only seem to light up when the pets approach them. The fail to try and connect with guests.

To call this a pet-store is a stretch. The majority of the space is the grooming and self wash area as well as the vet. Very limited selection for purchase of goods.

Store staff does not ask if you need help. They are polite but unless you ask they are behind the register. They need to be trained to create a warmer atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, very clean place. Doctor listens to your concerns and works with you. Everything and more was fully explained to us.
