I had a great experience coming here and buying a fish, my first betta. The aquarium department was very helpful, and if i can give a shout out to Jeff from the aquarium department as being especially helpful with suggestions on what to purchase and use and also checking my water quality. I have returned over the past couple of months to buy some more supplies and ask questions, never had a bad experience at this location. Thank You for the great experience and a big thank you to Jeff and the aquatics department.

Very clean all the animals looked well taken care of and healthy. I was shopping for fish and the fish department was well kept the employee working in this department seems very knowledgeable and made sure we had had our take for over a month and made sure we werent over crowding it. Glad to see they dont just hand their animals over they actually inquire about living conditions.

Customer service doesnt exist here. The Indian looking clown with the ponytail was too busy hitting on the pale zit covered girl up front to come grab a couple crickets for me. Avoid coming here at all costs. At least until they replace every employee they have. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great pet experience. They walk you through needs of having a pet. We bring our dog in, she loves it. I just wish they had dogs there to buy!!

Typical Petco can be a little dirty at times as it gets very busy also offers dog training as every month also does vaccinations at a discount
