DO not go to this place! On the front window it says Discount Pet Supplies and once inside everything is more expensive then any other pet store around. I went to get Frontline Plus and it was $63.99. I mentioned how expensive that sounded for a discount supply store and questioned if they were competitive with other area pet supply stores. The employee said definitely. Yeah, right. I went to another pet store and it was $55.99, and went on line and it was $39.99, not including shipping. How do they get away with this? They should be reported to our local ombundsman!

We recently rescued a dog with some digestive issues. We feel so fortunate to have walked into Pet Choice on High Ridge Road. The entire staff is delightful and helpful, well trained, and very customer focused. Brian, the manager, is exceptional and such a tremendous wealth of knowledge. Basically, he’s our first call when our dog is having health issues. With his expert knowledge, he’s gotten us set up on a diet that works for Bella.

I have attempted to place special orders several times through this merchant and never received a follow-up call let alone merchandise. This has happened repeatedly and I was always promised that they would deduct 20% off of my next purchase. When I came to make my next purchase they didnt honor that promise nor did they have the product in stock that I requested for several months which was simply a plane black leather dog collar.

I love Choice Pet the staff is always very helpful and you are always met at the door with a nice greeting! Fabiola takes good care of us, she takes the time to know who you are and what you need! Our cats have special food and they are always in stock...Its got a good local feel,

They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND! Unfriendly and rude. The manager (with burgundy or some weird coloring on her head) is sooo unhappy with her job that EVERYONE notices!! Whomever owns this store should pay attention on the stuff; this people DO NOT LIKE PETS!!!

Past reviews are 4 to 5 years old. I think their customer service is great, friendly, pet-smart, etc. They have wonderful products. When I buy a mouse, I dont have to fill out paperwork which is ridiculous like some stores make you do. Good job!
