I have purchased 3 vehicles over the last 7 years from Longmeadow Motor Cars. After much research and shopping around, Abe at LMC always has the lowest price with nicest quality/cleanest cars. I have bought 2 cars under $5k and a SUV around $20k. Even with the lower price cars I purchased with higher miles I have never had any mechanical issues and have gotten great value for both vehicles. We sold one of the vehicles a few years ago with 220k miles The car was still going strong. Our family just out grew it. The staff is very honest and Abe wants the customers to be happy with their purchase. I always thought it would be cheaper to buy from a private seller. I also hated going to the big dealers and feeling pressured by the sales staff trying to earn their commission. I spent many hours at dealers while the sales person had to make 10 visits to the sales manager to discuss getting the price I could afford. That does not happen when you shop at LMC. It is the total opposite experience. No pressure-No gimmicks-No inflated prices-Great financing if needed. I sent a family friend to Abe for their car purchase. They could not believe how great the car was for the price they paid for it. They are just as happy as my family has been with LMC. I will never buy a new vehicle because I believe you lose so much value when you buy new. The next best thing is to buy from LMC because you have a like new vehicle for much less money. Within the next year my wife wants to buy a BMW X3. We will go back to LMC for this vehicle. They have the best selection for all price ranges. I cant express enough how happy we have been buying vehicles from Longmeadow Motor Cars! I will not go anywhere else!

A very positive experience. I showed up and, within just a minute, was test driving a car. Mike has a very laid back attitude and doesnt push the sale. I tested out a couple cars, and when deciding which was preferred, I got an honest opinion from the man. Yes, its a business, and yes, the goal is to sell the car, but taking care of the customer and the customers needs definitely seem to outweigh the goal of getting the most money possible. When discussing which car to purchase, he ended up suggesting the least expensive of the cars, which I ended up purchasing for many reasons. On top of that, they had a mechanic come in and re-inspect the car, install new brake pads, and clean up any and everything that needed cleaning. Tires are new, tank is full, and they gave me a card for a free oil check at their partner garage. Everything went smoothly, I left with a great feeling of trust in these guys, and I strongly suggest checking them out if youre interested in finding a reliable pre-owned car. Theyre not going to give you the run around most used car dealers will. My family has a lot of experience dealing with used car salesmen, and nobody got the pushy feeling one often gets when looking at used cars. Mike didnt even get in the car with me while test driving, I was handed the keys and told to take my own route around (go on the highway a stop or three, turn around, come back). This is the first car that is completely mine, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Two words to best describe the place: Affordable & reliable.

John IS the BEST dealer EVER!! 1. I live in Georgia and bought a car from them, bc they had the exact car I was looking for. Despite being 800 miles away the transaction could not have been smoother! 2. I never personally saw the car, I had a company come out to see if it was what John said and IT WAS EXACTLY as he had described it!! So let me tell ya John is a very HONEST guy. 3. Being so far away I chose a loan company from Georgia and we had to send documents back and forth, but John made sure that he signed in the proper places first and then sent the documents overnight (which is AWESOME cause that showed he wanted me in my car ASAP). 4. Georgia registration is really dumb and there was a slight issue with it here that isnt a problem in Mass. He found out at about 5pm and had it fixed the very next morning!! 5. The car only had one fob, (those things are like 200bucks) but he had the guy who had the original keys tracked down so I would have a full set. (2 fobs and a valet key). 6. The company to pick up the car said first thing in the morning and John was there and ready for him, he even offered to wash the car (800 mile journey in an open carrier so it was really pointless) but he offered ANYWAY!! In EVERY instance John and LMC went above and BEYOND what I could have expected. if you dont love this dealer you are a fool! They are absolutely AWESOME. An excellent Mom & Pop used car dealership. If you happen to find a gem youre specifically looking for or a set of wheels that will get you places, then go to Longmeadow. I had lost my car due to another fellow hitting me, and I was without a car. I had enough money to find something under 10k. Checking out a few listings online, I researched and went to a few places locally, more notably Herb Chambers of Burlington. They did not have the car that their listing claimed to have, but they insisted on selling me a car that cost more and was in "Excellent" shape. Crap clutch and crap brakes. So I decided that I would go to Connecticut to check out a listing for a 2002 RSX. Surprise! They actually had it, and my miles long trip wasnt in vein. The salesman, John, was an honest fellow and let me take the car for a half hour test drive. There was no pressure to buy this car, which was the best part of the experience. Being a 12 year old car, it was in meticulous shape for New England standards. Drove superbly and the brakes/clutch worked nicely. The price was also within my budget (another win), to which we struck the deal. Their cars go through a routine check before they are put up for sale, to make sure that they wont fail the second you drive away with it. I cant recommend this place enough, my experience here was one of the best Ive had at any dealership and would strongly recommend it to a friend.

I needed a car for my daughter and it was a very disappointing search until I found Longmeadow Motor Cars. This is not your usual used car dealership with questionable tactics of bad information, scams, shell games, hidden fees, etc. The facility is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and professional and the vehicles are in nice shape. I had a couple concerns about the car I wanted to purchase and without hesitation Abe agreed to take care of them. The price was very reasonable where all other dealers I visited were way overpriced and often on cars in poor condition. Abe was up front, open and honest with me. I am so pleased with the transaction that I will gladly send my family and friends to him whenever I can. The car was delivered to me cleaned inside and out and with gas in it, a class act. I will be back in a couple years when I need to get a car for my son. Thanks Abe & Staff.
